They sent someone out right away. My technician was incredible. He worked very hard and was thoughtful and went the extra mile to make sure our appliance was working properly.

I had Mr. Appliance come to my house 7 different times, to do some warranty work one of our kitchen appliances. The first tech they sent out twice, did a horrible job. The Tech claimed that the appliance was repaired and operational. When we went to use it later that day, it still did not work. The tech came out a second time and this time scratched our newly remodeled kitchen cabinets. He apparently scratched the kitchen cabinets when he pulled the appliance out to repair it. If I were to review up to this point, I would have given them only "1-Star".
(I want to applaud Mr. Appliances management team. When we sent them pictures of the damage and the quote, they did everything possible to assist us in getting the repairs done at no cost to us).
The reason I gave Mr Appliance a 5-star rating, is based on the last five times they were at our home. The Tech they sent out was named "Ian Emerson". Ian was very friendly, courteous and professional. He clearly took great pride in his work. Each time Ian came out, he made the right repairs the first time. Ian was also nice enough take the time, to explain to us the problem and the repair made. The last two visits to our home Ian had a second person with him named Anibal Fernandez. Anibal was just like Ian, courteous, professional and obviously took great pride in his work also.
Because of my experience with Ian and Anibal, I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone who asks. For what it is worth, I would give Ian a raise and use him as a training benchmark for all your field techs.

Needed clothes dryer repaired on 7-1-25. Anibal Fernandez was the service professional who did the work well and efficiently after a quick diagnosis of a broken belt. He arrived on schedule and completed the work in less than one hour. Anibal was courteous and knowledgeable.

Extremely professional and quick service when I needed a fast response. They are not cheap (over $500 just to fix the ice maker on a Kitchen Aid - I have to admit this was shocking) but they did the job when I needed it to be done.

A+++. Techs Dana and Anthony did a great job diagnosing and repairing the circuit board to our Thermador wall ovens. They were professional, friendly, talented, COVID-safe, arrived on time, and got it done fast. Dana chased down the part we needed - no small feat. The office team Breanna and Gina are wonderful as well and made scheduling and payment easy for us. Great experience, great customer service, fair prices and I highly recommend! Anibal Fernandez serviced my Viking refrigerator, the first time he identified the problem and ordered parts, the second time he installed the parts. He was very thorough, left no mess! And everything is working fine. I would highly recommend

Confirmed stagnant water with suggestion on using 1Tbsp detergent per load and end of day add 2 cups vinegar to top load and let it sit as well as using warm/warm cycle. No specific repair done.

Wow, although I would agree that the technician was prompt and friendly, I am very confused with all the great reviews. I was given an estimate of $525 to fix washing machine. That is almost what the the machine cost me, originally (two years ago). So, I was one of the unfortunate people, who rolled the dice, to get an extremely high quote, to LOSE the $168, for the five minutes, it took the technician to diagnose the problem. Money out the window. Next time, I will not waste the money. 🙄

Their repairman informed us that our (5) year old Whirlpool washer would cost us $1,200.00 to fix. Your labor costs are so high that I can get a new washer cheaper. This company is crazy with a price of 1,200.00 to fix a (5) year old washer. Heck, for that price, I can get a new dryer to go along with a new washer.

Tech(Matthew) was on time, very knowledgeable, affable, and professional.
Explained in detail option of cost of repair vs cost of replacement and left decision to us.
Appreciated his insight from experience and recommendations.
Would recommend highly, especially for service if want to maintain current appliance.

Matthew was a tech that came out for a diagnosis of my refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable. He gave me the information I needed , to make an informed decision. I appreciate him explaining what was going using terminology that I could understand. I really hope, to not see and appliance repair shop again, but if I do, I would give them a call.
