We had a great experience with this company. We were able to get a same day appointment to look at our washing machine, and they were back 2 days later with the right part to fix it. They also fixed our dryer vent that the mice had destroyed and cleaned it all out. Throughout the experience, they were professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. I would definitely use them again!

I cannot stress enough to not use this company! I believe they are scammers and not worth your time! They come out and have no idea what they are talking about, they guess at the problem, charge you to “fix” the issue and then when it doesn’t fix the issue they stop taking your phone calls and don’t get back to you.

I called this company on Monday 7/01.She had me scheduled for a technician to come that very afternoon. Frank came. He was able to diagnose the issue with 10 minutes or less. He was very nice and friendly. He told me they would have the parts and schedule to come back on Thursday 7/03. On 7/03/25 i received a confirmation text that they would be at my home between 1-4, since i chose afternoon appt. At 1:45 I received a call from Cesar that he was 5 minutes out. He came and my washer was fixed within a half hour. Pricing was very fair. He was very friendly. Both him and Frank were very polite. They shook my hand when leaving and wish my daughter and I a good day. I would recommend this company and you would not be disappointed. Thank you Frank an Cesar.

Possibly the best appliance repair experience we’ve had. Called, Frank came out, knew the problem, had the part, fixed the fridge and did a great job.

Would never buy anything as far as appliance from them , they claim to have in house service for you but , rarely does the geek squad show do to short staff. My Maytag washer and dryer has been serviced 12 times in the last 6 months. Total junk. Getting thru to these clowns is a chore also . They sent 3rd party repair to you . A complete joke . A company called Heavanly Cool , this jerk spent more time in my bathroom than fixing my dryer , it worked for two time and then broke again

Frank was very polite, professional and showed up time when he came to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator and to repair it. I had another company come in twice to identify and repair the leaking water and each time they failed and I woke up to water on my kitchen floor the next day. Frank came in on Friday and identified the problem immediately. He ordered the part and repaired it on Monday. My refrigerator has not leaked since. I would definitely use this company again!

Service was quick, but the pricing was rough. Looking back I should have just got a new oven instead of spending $400 to repair it. That's my fault though. Decent Folks though so 4 stars since I should have taken the time to do my research and think things through.

I was told the BGE *should* cover the repairs when deciding if I would have them repair it or not as they said it was from an electrical surge (the did list it as the cause on the bill which I thought would mean BGE would accept it pretty much outright).

I should have known that was basically not true - as BGE will weasel out of anything. So now I am dealing with that on top of paying $400 to fix a motherboard in an oven.

I probably would not have used the service and just bought a new appliance, but heat of the moment and was distracted with other stuff so again, that's my fault.

Work was good and people were decent, so not saying I wouldn't recommend them - just saying I would call and get a quote first and don't rush though it like I did.

Breakdown of bill (nothing negative/positive to say about it just figured I'd post for those interested)

$85 to service an oven
$125 Labor (less than an hour of work, which is fine, just figured I'd throw that out there)
$187 Motherboard (so probably 2-3x the cost but that's standard)
