James came out and repaired our dishwasher. Was super friendly and answered any questions or concerns we had.

I have used Home Systems 4 times in the past 10 years. Jim came initially and this time it was Manny to fix my icemaker. I am bummed that KitchenAid designs systems so that a cracked $1 ice cube tray costs $400 to replace the unit. I think Manny felt worse than KitchenAid. I trust them to give a good diagnosis and a reasonable price for the repair. I will continue to use them.

First Service was very prompt in coming to the house the same day(a Friday) and the part was in by Sunday and had first call on Monday morning. Steve was great in getting us the best price and even fixed other small issues we were having with another appliance. Highly recommend First Service repair.

I had an issue with the dryer in my condo when the belt broke. My fiancé had used this company before and recommended them so I gave them a call. The process was very easy. They gave me a time frame for the repair and were able to contact my tenant directly using the number I provided. The repair was completed the next afternoon and everything was fixed. I received a follow up call from Manny who was very professional and made sure everything was handled smoothly. I had already shared details about the issue which helped them come prepared and avoid a second visit. I would definitely use them again for any future repairs.

Steve and Sam were prompt, professional, and courteous. They quickly diagnosed and repaired our GE dual oven, putting in 2 new igniters.
They were also respectful of our home, wearing shoe covers and taking care not to scratch our wood floors.

Manny was punctual and very professional - he quickly diagnosed the issue, made some adjustments, and gave some very practical advice about repairing/replacing/riding it out with a loose oven knob. I was on the verge of getting a new fridge because of another issue I had them fix recently. I chose this company because they serviced my area and had a five star rating. I was pleased that they came in a timely fashion and both Steve and his apprentice were very friendly. I was impressed with Steve's knowledge and his patience as he took Sam through the process of diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately, it was too costly to repair my dishwasher, but they did display quality knowledge and performance.
