Home Systems Appliance Repair came less than 24 hours after I submitted in their online portal. Steve was able to get our gas oven working in less than 30 minutes, and he also helped clean out some of the gunk that had built up! Quick, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Repair of my washing machine was done smoothly by James who was very aquatinted with my LG model machine. I found him to be a very skilled and knowledgeable technician, personable person, and the job was reasonably priced. I will certainly refer him to my neighbors and friends. Scheduled a technician to look at my refrigerator which is having some issues. They were due to be onsite between 7am and 1pm. I had to take a half day off work to be here, and the dispatcher called at 9am to inform me the tech called in sick and they would need to reschedule. Had they called at 7am when they should have already known the tech was out sick, I wouldn't have lost a half day. I cancelled and will find someone reliable.

Edit: The owner reached out and offered to make things right, which he did. I appreciate the fact that he went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with their service.

We were having an issue with frost build up on the ice maker chute. Steve was quickly able to diagnose the issue order then the needed part and return and repair our issue. He was very knowledgeable professional and friendly. He explained things very well

I had been experienceing a continual leak in the filter area of my refrigerator. Steve responded to my service call and diagnosed the problem right away. Turned off the water feed to the regrigerator, and turned it back on once the ordered part was installed to correct the leak. I appreciated the prompt service, the quick analysis, fast turn around time for ordering the part, and finally the actual installing of the part. Steve had the job completed in under 15 minutes. So ar, so good, as my refrigerator is up and running again.

Hopefully help prevent certain foods from freezing in the back of the fridge). I appreciated his knowledge, positive attitude, and the fact that he brought in mats to keep our floors clean. Also putting on booties before coming in. Little things that I really appreciate and I will definitely use his company again should we need future services.

What service! Technician Steve notified me of his intended arrival, Was here on time, and very knowledgeable. I have an old Vulcan and although it isn’t something he works on regularly, with his knowledge and expertise he diagnosed the problem, and went straight to work to fix it. He was clean, fast, and respectful of our surroundings (He put on booties as he entered.). Definitely on my A-list. If I were able to give more than 5 stars, I would!

Our refrigerator suddenly stopped dispensing water and ice. I called in the morning and was given a window of 12-6. Steve arrived promptly at 12. He found the fan to the ice maker was bad. It had a lot of ice build up. He cleared the ice and it started running again but not as well as it should. He presented the price to repair the fan while also explaining other issues we could start seeing due to the refrigerator being 10 years old. He gave us a ballpark figure of the cost of potential future problems. This gave us the opportunity to decide whether to fix it or purchase a new one. He was very honest and in no way did we feel pressured to do the repair. He suggested we look at new ones before deciding to repair ours. I would strongly recommend Home System Appliance Repair!

We needed help with a leaking GE side by side freezer door in the door water valve and they were able to send a technician the next morning. Steve was extremely professional, thorough, and helpful. He explained the issues with the fridge and gave us options and the prices of each. Rather than simply make more money by advising us to have him order the part and do the repairs, he helped us make the wiser choice based on his findings and the age of the appliance. My oven would not heat. I called Home systems and I was able to make an appointment for that afternoon. James arrived and diagnosis the issue. A few days later Steve arrived to install the part and the oven is heating again. Great customer service. I would definitely use them again. Great job.

Steve, the technician called to see if it was ok to arrive earlier than scheduled. This was a pleasant surprise. After a few minutes of analysis, he isolated the problem and rectified the situation. His solution was much cheaper than we initially expected. He was very nice and informative. We'll definitely use their services again.

We have an almost twenty-year-old under the counter dedicated ice machine in our kitchen. It was built almost 20 years ago in Indiana (not China) and has been a workhorse for us since we moved into our house 6 years ago. So when it stopped making ice, we were pretty bummed. I did research on a new one to replace it as it is kind of old, but the prices for quality new ones sent me researching for a reputable appliance repair company. I am so glad I did and found Home Systems Appliance Repair. The technician who came to our house, Manny, was professional and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem for us. He needed to order the part, which was still available fortunately, and came back a second time to install and verify it to be working. By the next day, we had a full container of ice once again. I highly recommend this company and technician and they will be our go-to for any future appliance repair needs.
