Mike knew exactly what the issue was based on the description of my problem and the known issues with the timers in my fridge which caused the compressor and defroster to run at the same time. He had the part with him and made the repair quickly. My fridge is back up and running properly due to his knowledge and experience.

This was arranged through my home warranty. Although the technician was nice, he did not replace the water lines with the parts sent to my home. He just cut it out and added a connector which I could have done myself. They canceled appointments on two occasions, so I had to miss work three days for less than five minutes of repair instead of replacement. Assuming the line is now weak, I would have to have them come again; if another pinhole creates in my waterline in another location. Completely dissatisfied with my service.

Paul provided excellent service as usual. He is very professional and seemingly goes above and beyond to provide a great service call. I don’t know where I’d be without this service.

I had a great experience with my Sears repair technician. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly. The repair was not done due to warranty through LG . He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable—highly recommend!

Manny did such a phenomenal job on my washer unit today. He was very knowledgeable about the unit and what it took to repair it. He made sure the unit was working correctly before he left. Early in the morning my washer was malfunctioning, I quickly searched for appliance services near me. I chose Home Systems Appliance Repair for their 5 star reviews—and all 5 stars are certainly earned!! When I called to schedule a repair appointment they were able to fit me in same day! James was on time, super friendly and knowledgeable, and got quickly to work! He fixed the problem and gave me the run down of everything. The technician, Steven, was great. Called about 10 minutes before arrival, was friendly and knowledgeable, did a thorough job examining the appliance, and was fine with the repair in less than an hour. Very happy with this service. (BTW, this was the 2nd time I've had them out... 1st visit was for the ice maker in the freezer, this was for the dishwasher. Highly satisfied both times!)

We had our fridge / freezer lose its cold at night and James was able to come out the very next day. James was incredibly professional and was able to diagnose the issue within just a few minutes. Even though he didn't have the parts right there, he went out and got them to repair our fridge the same day. Excellent service and would absolutely use this company again.
