Simple main drain cleaning. All steps were explained sufficiently. Work area was kept neat and cleaned when project was complete. The included video inspection of the completed work is eye opening. Definitely recommend.

Root-Rooter took our call late at night and scheduled for the next day. they also kept us well informed on timing of plumber. Jerry was phenomenal in helping us find a leak and gave lots of suggestions. Highly recommend!

The technician was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the main line and resolved it. Hopefully we won't need services anytime soon, but if we do, Roto-Rooter will be who we call.

I recently called this company because I had main water pipe line was leaking near my driveway . Supervisor came and gave me estimates for $11000. But same job I got it done for just $3400 . Think twice before you call this people

My hot water went out randomly last night and I was able to get an appointment the next morning. Marvin was punctual and professional. He explained things to me in a way that I could understand (because I know absolutely nothing about hot water heaters lol) and he made the repairs quickly. From the moment he started talking, I knew I was in good hands. I would highly recommend him and the company as a whole. This was my second time using them and I will for sure call them again for future needs.

Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of working with. Mark is an incredibly unprofessional. As are the workers themselves. They ran their bobcat through our neighbors yard. Put 4in deep trench marks in her yard and left it for a month. Mark’s response to this was “the job is done when it’s done”. He also offered for me to go to the office and say my concerns “to his face”. The office doesn’t return phone calls either. They’ll leave you hanging for weeks on end. Oh and they’re also trying to charge us for things they didn’t touch- like cleaning off our washer and dryer which still had drywall pieces and drywall dust on it after they left. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Don’t use this company. And this review will likely get removed soon bc they’re accused of removing bad reviews to boost their stats 🤣

This was the mess I had. Roto Rooter was the only plumber who was available to come out. Got the job done in time for me to still go to a baseball game. Thanks Roto-Rooter!

$550/hr is a ridiculous rate for an air relief valve replacement, especially when the work took 30 minutes. The service tech, however, had great customer service.

What a breath of fresh air working with a company that actually cares about the customer experience! From the person I scheduled the super quick appointment with, to the plumber (Aaron) that arrived on time and was absolutely fantastic and a truely genuine person that really cares, the entire experiece was about the best I have had in service in a very long time. Our plumber, Aaron was the real deal - genuine, honest, and get the job done. What a fantastic experience and would highly recommend! AAAA+++++

Arrived quickly, fixed it Completed in really fast time. (Previous private plumber took 3 hours but didnt fix it) Made no mess pointed out a tiny leak from sink sidewall i was not aware of.

The plumber that handled my crazy situation was terrific... instilled confidence that he would figure it out and fix it, thorough, seemed to care about doing a good job. Also he was clean-cut and well-spoken which was nice given that he arrived at 7pm and it was midnight by the time he finished (not his fault, just a complex job). My appt was actually for 9 to 11 am tomorrow morning but the dispatcher called me around 6pm and said they had availability tonight if I wanted service earlier, so I accepted. Glad I did... plumbing all working as it should now.

Great experience with Roto Rooter! They came in fixed the pipe. They wore booties. They were professional and explained the process. By the way, I did not need to block the entire off to wait for them. Standby time was maybe 2 hrs if that....not like the other competitors! Great job!

Israel was great, on time and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem and provide a solution to our plumbing issue.

We had an unexpected issue with our water service line and was getting no help or response from our HOA while every day - gallons of water was leaking out into the street. It was so nice to have roto rooter not only be up front about everything but be empathetic to our situation and work with us to get a resolution. Michael was so kind and his willingness to not only help, but be there every step of the way made our horrible situation- so much more bearable. I can’t thank the team enough for their hard work and will absolutely use them for all my plumbing needs going forward.
