Chad provided excellent service when repairing my kitchen sink. He was punctual, professional, and completed the job efficiently. I especially appreciated how he took the time to thoroughly explain the issue, answer all of my questions both job related and for my own curiosity, and offer helpful advice on how to prevent similar problems in the future. His friendly and knowledgeable approach made the entire experience very positive. I would highly recommend Chad (and I would assume the rest of the Newberry team) to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Newberry plumbing has been out to my house several times, including today. Chad is always respectful and explains everything in layman's terms. He is not pushy about products and simply fixes the issue for a fair price. He is also very responsive for scheduling.

Another excellent job completed by Newberry Plumbing! A leaking water pipe due to a misplaced drywall screw. Took 30 years for the screw to rust enough to become brittle and then break during a current renovation. Highly recommend Newberry Plumbing- quality workmanship and highly reliable.

I had to replace an old (39 yo) toilet and inquired with several reputable plumbers. Newberry Plumbing was very reasonably priced, prompt in communicating with me about scheduling, and they did a superb job. They were efficient, answered all my questions and after testing to make sure there were no leaks, cleaned everything up. They even removed the old fixture and the carboard box of the new one. I will definitely contact them again for any future plumbing needs, and I strongly recommend them to anyone is looking for quality professional service.

Chad and his team saved the day when our pipes froze and flooded our kitchen! It was a hard job and not only did he respond ASAP he showed up in less then 12 hours which is amazing and helped open everything up at the restaurant on time! 10/10 would recommend!!!!!

We couldn't be happier with Newbury Plumbing. Prior to yesterday, we already considered Newbury our go-to plumbers - having experienced outstanding service a few times over the last several years. So, when our latest hot water heater failed, Chad was in our house with a new one installed in less than 24 hrs. The same evening, our well pressure tank pipe burst and flooded our basement. We called Newbury and left a frantic message fearing we'd have to resort to one of the big emergency plumbing services, but within minutes Chad called us and calmly helped us stop the water. He was able to rearrange his schedule because of our emergency and today, he was here at 9am and done by 12. Outstanding service, friendly, reasonable rates, responsive, dependable...I can't say enough.

While turning off the indoor valve to the outdoor spigot; the valve broke and was slowly leaking. We’ve used Newberry Plumbing for years now. We contacted Chad. He responded within the hour and set up an appointment within 36 hours to fix the problem. They are reliable, on time, do the job right, and all business. They won’t sell you something you don’t need. They’ve been our go to plumbers for years and will continue to be!

Newberry Plumbing's work is top notch in my book. They came out very quickly to replace kitchen and utility faucets. When extra work was needed, they took care of everything, and didn't try to upsell me for stuff I didn't need. They were very prompt, efficient, and professional.

Needed some work done on my bathroom plumbing. I contacted Newberry plumbing and spoke to Chad. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once he got to my house he was extremely professional, and got straight to work. I would recommend Newberry plumbing 1000x to anyone looking for a professional licensed plumber 10/10

Newberry Plumbing has worked in my home three times. In November '25, Chad Jr. replaced a toilet ring whose malfunction caused water to drip from my basement's ceiling. During the appointment, I asked Chad Jr. to check my hot water heater and was grateful that he noticed a faulty expansion tank which he came to replace in December. In February '26, I noticed another drip from the basement's ceiling and traced it to a faulty valve under the kitchen sink. Chad fixed the leak by replacing the valve and replaced the other two corroded valves at the same time. I noticed both ceiling leaks on Saturday evenings and each time, Chad responded five minutes after I texted him. Both times, I was given Monday morning appointments and advice on what to do to ensure that further water damage did not occur. During all appointments, Chad gave job estimates, came on time, did phenomenal work, charged reasonable prices, answered all of my questions, and pointed out problems when I asked him or when he noticed them. In April, I plan on replacing a leaking outside pipe and faucet and look forward to working with Newberry Plumbing. Both Chad and Chad Jr. are awesome at what they do, I am grateful for knowing them, and highly recommend them.

Our plumber had retired, and each time that we needed a plumber after that, we were not satisfied. Then our neighbor recommended Newberry. Chad with Newberry Plumbing is great! We are confident each time that he leaves, that the work is done correctly and is high quality. It’s a bonus that Chad is really responsive and arrives when he says he will!
