The technician was very helpful and resolved our issue in one visit. He also came on time, provided explanations of what was wrong, gave preventative maintenance advice, and showed us the standard price list for services. I would use them again!

The service call made to Sagebrush Loop in Aberdeen was great with regards to the employees and their representing of Roto Rooter however on neither occasion was a camera available to ensure completion, ridiculously said to be a separate department, which caused the need for a second trip. For a company not to be dedicated to supplying the necessary equipment to a very professional and capable employee is beyond comprehension. It almost feels like we're being baited for paying a second trip when everything should have been addressed on the first trip. High praise for your technician Tate, he was very professional in his work and only needs the tools to deliver YOUR company's 2 star review to a 5 star.

Roto-Rooter has always been great for any plumbing or drain related needs. We recently had Michael K. come out for a camera inspection of our property’s sewer line. He was super detailed in his explanation throughout the inspection, and helped us feel at ease because we could see that he was very knowledgeable and thorough. I called Roto Rooter thinking I needed a water plumber for a leak I was told that I had. When Jerry came out he informed me that it was a gas plumber that was needed for the job, as there was no water leak in the main line to the house. He was expeditious in calling dispatch to send someone else out to my house from a different department that would be able to assist me. He was lovely and provided amazing customer service. Daniel, the gas plumber, was able to come out the same day to fix the gas leak to the mainline in the house. I would definitely recommend them the next time I am in need of services such as these.

Jerry from Roto Rooter came out and did a camera inspection. He was very professional and explained everything. He was outstanding. We have been very fortunate with every technician that has been sent out by Roto Rooter. I highly recommend their service to anyone.

Within a short time, my toilet was working perfectly again, and he even checked to make sure everything else was running smoothly before leaving. Chad Newberry and Newberry Plumbing are absolutely top notch. They are responsive and do excellent work at a reasonable price. Chad works with you to determine what you really need and what makes sense for your home. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I picked this plumber because they had all 5 star reviews and now I can see why. Chad is awesome, he arrived promptly, explained what he was fixing, and answered all the questions I had. I had him come out for a toilet issue, which he was able to fix. Before he left I even had him take a quick look at an issue with the water pressure in our kitchen. He was also able to fix that in just a few minutes. He was very friendly, and the price was fair. Overall great experience, these will definitely be my go to plumbers as long as I am living in the area.

Our water heater started leaking on Thursday and Chad made time to come out and check it out for us the same day. He confirmed that it would have to be replaced and told us that he would be able to have it installed the next day guaranteed.

Unfortunately, Chad's work van broke down on Friday but Chad and his son still made it out to replace our water heater. They were even able to come a couple hours earlier than expected. Chad also replaced our sump pump last year when it went out unexpectedly.

If you are looking for a plumber, look no further. I cannot give enough positive feedback for the customer service they provide and the quality of their work. In addition the quality of the equipment that they install is great as well, especially for the price. No one else even compares. Definitely give Newberry Plumbing a call.

Anytime we have a plumbing problem I call Newberry Plumbing. Chad always fits us in quickly. We’ve had drains unclogged, faucets repaired and replaced and a hot water heater installed. Super honest too …if it doesn’t need to be replaced he will tell you the truth. I love dealing with a family business I can trust.

First time homeowner here. I determined that I needed a new garbage disposal...water was leaking from the bottom of the unit so I couldn't use my kitchen sink or dishwasher. I contacted several plumbers with good reviews but Newberry Plumbing was the most responsive and followed through with making an appointment to come out next day to install a new garbage disposal. Others I contacted left me hanging by never getting back to me or they just stopped responding. I had a pipe burst in the laundry room. Chad Newberry Sr had an appointment available for me right away. Chad Newberry Sr and Chad Newberry Jr are such great people to work with during a stressful plumbing situation! During my appointment Chad Newberry Jr fixed the busted pipe and helped me learn about the plumbing in case I have another issue in the laundry room. Ever since this first plumbing emergency I have relied on this company for the last 2 years. Chad Newberry Jr always offers extremely professional and high quality plumbing services! Once he fixes the issue it doesn’t reoccur. I have trusted him and Chad Newberry Sr for other plumbing services such as my toilet not operating properly and a pipe leak in the basement ceiling. Any plumbing issue is no longer stressful in my home. I love that I have found a local company I can trust and enjoy supporting!

I called Newberry Plumbing after 5:00 due to an emergency and received a message immediately. The technicians were at my house the next morning. They quickly diagnosed my problem and the options I had to complete repairs. In the end, I was actually able to have repairs completed by the county at no cost.
