As a homeowner, I've been to Northeastern several times over the last ten years. This place is good. The assistants are consistently knowledgeable and helpful. Some may not be cuddly, and sometimes a little prickly, but if you have been to plumbing supply stores anywhere on this part of the East Coast, these are normal, good people.
The inventory here is excellent. When you can't find what you need from a local box store, or you just want a better quality fitting, or just need expert advice on the firing you need for a repair or job, then. This is the place to go.

Hello, went there for 1970's brass plumbing supplies. The person who helped me, a gentlemen in his 50's maybe, told me they didn't have it but he put me on to the place that did and that was after not being able to find it on the internet. Very helpful. Thank you

On January 22 2018 a work order for ahs was put in for a broken kitchen faucet, a technician from stillwell arrived a few days later and diagnosed it as a cartridge and said they needed to order the part, a week later a different technician came to the house without the part (clearly the part was never ordered) so he drove around town for a couple hours looking for one only to return without the faucet being fixed when my mother called stillwell the lady was semi rude about it and lied about the order, a week later two more different technicians showed up with the wrong part and when we demanded to speak to a supervisor they refused to put us in touch with one and told us to call the secretary so we did and she refused to give us her name and hung up on us, when we demanded to speak to a supervisor again the techincian stood up tall puffed his chest out and threatened to leave without fixing the faucet, he was promptly asked to leave the house on the 6th of February...i ordered the part directly from the manufacturer (which had a lifetime warranty) and replaced the cartridge in less than 4 days...today on february 14th i called stillwell to speak to the general manager but instead spoke to dianne who passed me off to christy who then told me that they were "not wasting anymore time with you" and refused to let me speak to dave the gm...if those are even their real names...i will be filling a report to the bbb and i will speak to the owner of this company one way or the other...

Jeff diagnosed a problem that was above my original concern. Although it was not an immediate problem, the cracked phalange was letting tree roots in as the toilet had not been originally installed correctly by Len the Plumber.

They replaced my water heater, vanity, faucets, and water filter. Perfect service and work! MD is lucky to have access to such a dedicated team.

Great experience getting bathroom back in shape. Helped address some issues from the previous owner. Took the time to explain quality of fittings and toilets so we could make the best long term choices. Then he took care of everything including purchasing of the equipment, install, and disposal.
