The service technician has an awful attitude and seemed annoyed and bothered that he has do the work. As if he is doing us the favor by fixing our appliance.
The first time they came for an estimate, their attitude was so terrible that we debated whether to use them. However, because we paid the diagnostic fee, we felt obligated to proceed with their service. Clearly, they try to pressure customers into using their services without regard for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend them to any family or friends due to their poor customer service.

Problem: Refrigerator water line leak. Resolution: estimator available 48 hours after call, and was able to do the repair without a second visit. Really appreciate the rapid response and fact that estimator had supplies and was able to quickly do the repair & quality test to ensure no further leaks.

Scheduling and phone calls about the first appointment went quite well, and I had someone perform the Diagnostics the next day. The tech staff was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive to the home environment.

Back office comms of invoices and payments could use some help. Took a couple times to get electronic confirmation through, but nothing untoward occurred in that interval.

All aspects of service we got were professional and courteous. Dispatch was communicative about arrival times and the ABV repairmen fixed our ice box and told us what had been wrong with it.

Terrible service. The technician came to fix a problem with the oven that wasn't heating up. About 5 minutes after he left, the display screen suddenly stopped working. The next day he comes back and accuses us of wiping the display with a damp cloth, which is impossible since it broke shortly after he left. I don't know if he did it on purpose or not — we'll never know. When I asked him what he recommended doing, he just said goodbye without giving me a solution. Be careful who you hire.

Technician arrived promptly and quickly determined the problem with out dryer. New part arrived swiftly and was installed next day. All scheduling was efficient and easy. An excellent experience in every way. I highly recommend ABV for your appliance repair jobs.

I tried ABV which I was directed to by another site with a different name. My experience was that they provided as good service as possible for someone not knowing the intricacies of modern appliance construction - planned obsolescence - and for not knowing what pricing is reasonable and what is not. My appliance has worked well since; hopefully it continues for the foreseeable future. My technician was respectful and seemed to know what they were doing. I would recommend others give them a try to see for themselves.

The company rescheduled me quickly after a snowstorm prevented them from coming on the initial date. Alex, the technician, was pleasant and explained what was going on with my cooktop, then presented me with options, along with his honest recommendation (which was the least expensive). I thought $99 for a diagnostic visit was a little high, but I was satisfied with the service (and this is the DMV market).

One of the burners on my gas stove would not turn off. I called ABV and they were able to get a technician out the next day. Konstantin arrived promptly and was able to diagnose my problem. The was knowledgeable and courteous. The repair involved ordering a part. ABV kept me apprised of the part order, and once the part was in Konstantin returned and made the repair. I totally recommend ABV. Great service!

The tech from ABV Appliance Repair showed up on time. He replaced the defective ice maker in my Samsung refrigerator quickly and at a reasonable price. The ice maker now works great. I am very happy with the service and plan to use ABV Appliance Repair again.

ABV got to us quickly to assess the problems with our 22 year old sub zero. They ordered the parts and coordinated with us to quickly get them installed and the frig fixed. Very pleasant and responsive people. Would gladly recommend.

Alex was a fantastic technician- very friendly, comfortable with my dogs. He diagnosed our problem very quickly and explained our options. Our part came in very quickly and the day it arrived Alex came to install it as well as checking my other refrigerator

Finding a reliable repair company to fix your home ice-machine can be a daunting job but I got so lucky when I called ABV. Their service representative was prompt, polite, and knew right away what the problem was. Manufacturer approved parts were ordered and the final repair was made in a very timely manner and best of all I have ice again! ABV office staff went above and beyond in writing up all documentation needed for my extended warranty claim. Very happy with the entire experience.
