This refrigerator service was excellent! On both occasions, Abdul was patient, offered helpful advice and very client service oriented. I'm rating the cost of the service as expensive but not the quality of the service given by Abdul. Thanks so much!

He appeared to be knowledgeable of his assignment and very friendly. I regret that I couldn't take advantage of his home service offer. Hopefully this summer he will return. I will definitely consider his offer at that time. Hopefully my service person will be him. Thanks

Thank you for your prompt attention to the service of fixing our washing machine. We'd previously gone through another vendor recommended by AHS that took almost two months to do nothing. We were thrilled that you were able to rectify the problem within an hour and that your technician had the tool on his van. He was prompt and courteous and the portal and arrival platforms were a nice touch.

Michael did an excellent job in letting me know of his expected arrival time both times he came. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my oven, and told me what to expect next. When the part arrived, he quickly installed it with no mess.

We received fantastic service from our servicemen, Abdul. He was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable of his work and product. He was very informative and explained that he needed to replace the Ice maker with a replacement part in which he had to order and it would take a day to receive. He returned the next business day and completed the work. We are very happy with the result. Thank you Abdul!

Michael K was an excellent technician. He took his time to fix the problem. Thankfully, it was a super easy fix the dishwasher handle. Didn't even need to install a new one. I asked Michael to do a maintenance check and cleaning check. He showed me how to remove and clean the filters.

Dishwasher just stopped and displayed error message. Also bottom panel is no longer attached. Under extended warranty. Technician was nice.

ABV has been out to diagnose and repair various appliances in my new apartment three times for issues either my Thermador, Sub Zero and Bosch kitchen appliances. In each case, their repairman was on time, well prepared, professional and successful in correcting the problems from minor to major. ABV is my new go to for appliance repair.

Very impressed. First time using ABV and they did not disappoint. Had a tech out within hours of calling (same day!) Timor was excellent, patience, and capable. They had the parts available and had my Kenmore dryer up and running the same day. Left the dryer looking brand-new inside and heating perfectly (photos are in-process). Prices were pretty normal for my area but level of service was well above.

My refrigerator wasn't as cold as it had been before.Alex came out & knew what was wrong as soon as he looked at it. He used a GE brand part for my GE fridge & had it fixed & cleaned up in a short time. Super friendly, professional, & competent. I will definitely use them again.

Great experience w ABV. Next day on time Service. Technician was incredibly knowledgeable and capable. Most recently we had a Bosch dishwasher go out, and it was repaired within two business days. Prior, the seal to our front loading washing machine became damaged, and ABV came quickly to replace. give these guys a shot, and get rid of your headache10/5

I called ABV because I had a broken dishwasher. The repairman seemed well intentioned, but by the time he left I had a broken dishwasher and a flooded kitchen - and they still charged me for the visit.

ABV was quick, reasonably priced, and very helpful. Arsen, who did the work was thorough, helpfully explained everything, and very courteous.

I was able to get an appointment on a weekend and wasn't charged anything extra for a weekend call as many places do. I was given a 3 hour window (12-3) and the technician, Alex arrived right around noon. Alex explained the entire process and was done within an hour. He also cleaned up when he was done. I'm very happy with ABV and have already recommended them to 2 friends. Thank you ABV!

We had a problem with our refrigerator- it stopped cooling, despite the freezer was working fine. ABV Services scheduled appointment for next day. Technician Damir arrived on time and quickly discovered the problem. He suggested repair plan and fortunately had a necessary part in his truck.
So, after less than hour our refrigerator was working/ cooling again. Quick response and good service!
