Because it made sense to replace my entire HVAC system, their representative, Nick, sat down with me, walked through the proposal in detail, and patiently answered all of my questions. That level of clarity and follow-through continued throughout the project. After the full HVAC system replacement, the improvement has been significant, with more even heating and cooling between floors, excellent humidity control, and easy control of the system via an app. They were also the only company I spoke with that knew how to process the complex Pepco rebates and tax credits available for high efficiency systems at the time, which saved me thousands. The entire system was installed in one day, cleanup was excellent, and the system has performed beautifully through both summer and winter. Highly recommended.

Most companies have a separate person who does the bid but does not participate on site for the work. The crew worked diligently and were very professional throughout their time at our home. melvin and ezra were my technicians. they explained the air duct cleaning process really well and were very professional. i highly recommend this service compared to other companies that charge much more. it cost $450 to clean all the air ducts in our home. we used to have another company take care of our hvac system, but this experience was much better in both service and price.

I used a coupon for $59 and understood there might be options for extra services, which made sense since my older home in Bethesda needed more thorough cleaning. Paid this company over $2000 because they found black mold in my upstairs HVAC system and I paid them to remediate it. However, all they did was spray chemicals and wipe down part of the system. It was not a true remediation and there’s still black mold in the system. They should not have charged me all that money if they were not going to remediate properly. There were also a few vents upstairs I didn’t even touch during the cleaning. These are the before, and after photos, clearly showing the mold still present after their remediation.

He also recommended another company with high work standards. It’s rare to find a company that holds such high standards and professionalism.
