Douglas and Son Services replaced our 17 year old water heater. Lori was awesome! She was extremely helpful with locating parts and getting us scheduled as soon as possible considering our circumstances. Bryan was amazing! He did a great job installing our new water heater. They went above and beyond what was expected

Whoa, I am so impressed with Douglas and Son. Shawn is really incredible, he went above and beyond, answered all our questions, and did a great job! They were quick, efficient, enthusiastic, very professional and kind (which is a very important quality for us). Avi came on a previous trip and was equally as impressive, kind and efficient. I can't say enough good things about them both. and our house has ALOT of old degraded piping so i'd imagine it is not the most fun home for a plumber to visit. I will use Douglas and Sons for my plumbing needs every time (sorry guys).

When our sewer backed up, Charles Marchand arrive from Douglas and Son and fixed the problem. He was professional, courteous and did not leave until the job was complete. I would highly recommend this company.

54 year sewer line backed up from roots and Aaron and Michael came in and cleared the problem. Went above and beyond in their care for my pipes and my home as well. They both answered all of my questions concerning my plumbing and get great recommendations as to the up keep of our system. Both met CDC guidelines wearing proper mask and foot shields. I would recommend them HIGHLY to ANYONE!!!

My wife and I had a clogged pipe in our lower level of the house. Mike Purdum and his assistant were on time and took all the necessary COVID-19 protocols. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He utilized his available tools/technology to quickly diagnose my problem and promptly fixed it. To add, he was very friendly and personable. We had our ac system go out and Douglas and Sons came to fix it and it turned out we needed a new system to install, they installed it but we are still having issues with the ac. It still doesn’t work and they cannot seem to figure out the problem. We are at a loss as to what to do as they have come out and each time telling us there is nothing they can do.

We were very impressed with Douglas and Son company. They called us 30 minutes before to inform us when they were arriving which was exactly on time as scheduled and they were very polite and considerate of our home and keeping us informed on where they needed to access and up to date on their progress. Great plumbing work as well.

Very satisfied with the work performed on this project - from start to finish working with Douglas and Son Services was better than any other contractor we've worked with since purchasing our home. The office staff were extremely professional and responsive, flexibly dealing with multiple changes in the schedule due to the availability of customer-provided parts. They made it very easy to do work with them which was awesome. The work itself (removal of utility sink/pump and installation of new utility sink/pump) was done expertly and professionally. Throughout, we were impressed by the timeliness, respectful attitude, and friendliness of the Douglas' staff (John) who performed the work. Overall, best experience with a contractor and would strongly recommend to others for plumbing related work.

Our 16yo hot water heater tank broke. I went to Angie’s list and Home Advisor to get quotes. Douglas & Son was the first company to personally contact me. They are very professional, respectful, organized, timely, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Shawn was great from the beginning to the end of the job walking me through all the work they were doing. Lori was great and very helpful with the administration/paperwork side of things. They have this automated system that you can track their time of arrival and scheduled appointment reminders. All in all, I’d definitely recommend and hire them again. Douglas and Sons came out for a water heater emergency and they were great at breaking down how the water heater had really exceeded its time in use and provided the guidance we needed to bring not just out water heater up to code but other connections as well.

Installation was rather seamless and the teams communication from installers to the office was great. Obviously not every home owner understands the codes and why they exist, we greatly appreciated them breaking it down to why we needed to go above and beyond a replacement.

Thanks to them, I feel confident reaching out to them for future instances and plumping needs.

It's been a good experience for me having the high honesty and professionalism that Douglas & Son serving my multiple HVAC and plumbing needs today & in the last 4 years, especially in recent weeks. Technicians Sean and Vinie seem to have done a great job of diagnosing the complicated issues with my HVAC system, installing important new parts & bringing my A/C system back to life again today.
