I was just driving down Crain highway and their employer Pulled out with a trailer without a signal and almost killed me. I’m 9 months pregnant and caught it all on dash cam. He then has the nerve to honk at me while I passed. Do not trust this company they clearly do not care about others

There were small handy man needs in my home and gratefully JGC (George) and the team were able to do the small handyman repairs . I would highly recommend them

After learning that the previous hood cleaning company we had used for over 2 years was not performing a proper and complete hood cleaning, we began the search for a new company. Kitchen Guard showed up at the top of the list and rightfully so! Within minutes of submitting a form, there was a consultant (CJ) here to check out the kitchen filters, hood and fan. By the next day we had a formal proposal. Meanwhile, none of the other companies we contacted had even returned our calls yet! Once Kitchen Guard completed our first service which included a filter exchange, hood & fan cleaning and installation of a hood fan hinge kit, we realized all we had been missing with our previous provider...top notch customer service, clear communication, simplified scheduling, before & after pictures of work provided, online invoices and work history. My experience with Andre Brown's Professional Carpet Care has been amazing! My property management company needed a quick turnaround on our rental property after the previous carpet cleaner provided subpar service. The tenant was moving into the property in 8 hours and we needed a quality carpet cleaning company fast!

We were referred to Brown's Professional Carpet Car and Andre arrived on very short notice during the holiday season. Andre was extremely professional and very thorough. His customer service was excellent and he was extremely knowledgeable about flooring and carpets. He even provided tips to the tenant on how to maintain the carpet and floors. The carpets were dry before the tenant moved in and our tenant was pleased with the cleaning! We will be using Brown's Professional Carpet Care for all of our move in/move out carpet needs from now on. No more using subpar contractors because you get what you pay for and Brown's Professional Carpet Care is worth every penny.

I had pet stains that we’re driving me nuts. I found Brown’s carpet cleaning service by seeing the vehicle. I am thrilled with my very, very, very clean carpet. I have used services in the past from corporations and I had to call them several times to do what they were supposed to do the first time. The service was done right the first time with Brown’s carpet cleaning. This service was worth every penny. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am a stickler of good customer service and will go over the river and through the woods to find it. Andre provides great customer service. He thoroughly explains the process from beginning to end. He worked magic on those pet stains. My dog had the audacity to pee on the carper as Andre was cleaning it! The nerve of her; Andre immediately resolved the problem and absolved my dog by stating she was probably nervous from the loud sound of the machine. He was a great sport about it and didn't miss a beat with the rest of the process. I highly recommend Brown's Professional Carpet Care! I will be referring him to my friends and clients. I called Browns carpet service to Have my carpet cleaned. Unfortunately I was not able to keep my 1st appointment. He totally understood and I told him once I'm able to do so I would get back with him. I called Mr. Brown on a Friday and let him know I was back in town and I was ready to have the carpet cleaned. I ask them if you can come the next day and he said yes. Upon his arrival before he even entered into my door he shook my hand gave me a brochure and his business card. I thought that was very professional. He did a walk through of the house of exactly what he was going to do. He told me what he felt I needed. He didn't sugarcoat anything nor tried to get over or me. He has a wonderful personality, is very professional, And the welcoming demeanor there were areas that were really bad, and I did not think could be done. He quoted me a price for that and overall after he finished cleaning all the carpet in my house, I was in awe. I was amazed. I was happy and elated. Mr. Brown is one of the best carpet cleaning that I've ever had in my entire life. I will be using him in the future as well as recommending him to family and friends!!!!

Andre is extremely professional, he took the time to explain everything he was doing , my carpet in my office at my business was in bad shape, once he finished the carpets looked new again!!!! Mr Brown was on time, was able to remove all stains. My 5 year old carpet looks new with the vacuum lines 😊. This is my 2nd time using Browns carpet cleaning service and I highly recommend them. Also, it doesn’t take long to dry.

I am so happy with how well our clean carpets turned out! Andrey Brown was extremely professional and helpful as he explained the whole carpet cleaning process to me as we walked through my house. I just purchased an old house with old carpet, and there was one significant rust stain that Andrey tried to get up. He ended up not being able to lift the stain completely because it was so old (the house sat vacant for a few years before I purchased it), but the stain is far lighter than it was before cleaning and I wasn't charged for the add-on stain removal because it didn't come out completely. Would definitely use Brown's Carpet Care again and recommend to others!

Brown's Professional Carpet Care is the partner of the property management company I was renting through - I had to get my carpet professionally cleaned as part of the lease/move out. I worked directly with Andre throughout my interactions with Brown's. He was very professional and friendly throughout the process. He was accommodating of my work schedule when scheduling the appointment, called me when he was on his way and then again about 15 minutes out to. I also received notifications when the work began and when it ended. When I went home to check in and pay for the services, he greeted me with a friendly smile and firm hand shake. He took care of my home like it was his. He made sure I was satisfied with the work he had done to that point even made sure I was comfortable with the set up he was using to protect my walls and tile floors. We've hired Brown's twice for deep carpet cleaning, and some repair. Andre and team are great! Good communication, clear description of services, and great work. We weren't able to be there on the day of, so we gave a lockbox code, they showed up, did the job, and when we arrived the next day the place looked spotless.
