I’m offering comments from my brother who had his carpeted two rooms and one recliner cleaned by Brown Professional. Their crew was very timely. My brother was given a courtesy call to let him know they were on their way. The carpets and chair looked like new again. I will use their service again. Andre has cleaned our floors several times. He truly feels like family. He goes above and beyond to make sure he provides stellar service and my family appreciates him. I should have taken a before and after picture, my 3 grandchildren live with me ages 2,4, and 5 and my beige carpet had all kinds of stains including but not limited to blue and green slime! After he cleaned my carpet it looked brand new! I have several other rooms and staircase’s that need cleaning and I will definitely be using him again!

They have done all my work with great responsibility. I am very satisfied with their behavior and work.

scheduled a junk removal with this "company" and they cancelled our scheduled appointment. we then proceeded to reschedule for the next day at 3pm and i was calling and texting ALL DAY to confirm my appointment becuase i would have to drive to the location. He decided to block my number instead of being an adult and saying he could no longer do the work. This "company" should be take off google. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR ANY REASON.
