Andre was awesome. Apart from his awesome carpets & rugs care, his customer care includes excellent pre-service instructions and reminders up to and including your cleaning date. His work is impeccable and professional, and ions better than the big commercial company I previously had used. You won't be sorry if you too switch to this decades-long family-owned business!!!

My experience with Brown’s was excellent! From the initial inquiry to the actual cleaning. Andre was very thorough and knowledgeable about the service he was providing us. He showed up on time, did an excellent job, and provided us with simple steps to keep our carpet clean. He didn’t try to up charge us or give us services we didn’t need. I loved that he allowed us to go behind him before he left to ensure we were satisfied and no areas were missed. I would give them more stars if I could! After today, I will definitely be a regular client.

They really helped us out of a jam. We needed an office carpet cleaned in a rush, and they agreed to come early on a Saturday morning before their late morning first job. It was the first time we used Brown’s And we met them at the office to discuss the project. It took only a few minutes to realize we were in the hands of experts. Very happy with the results. Will use them again for our home.

From the first voicemail to the the end of the service, he was very professional and punctual. He did an awesome job at cleaning a wine stain we had and our entire master bedroom. He was very immaculate with his equipment to keep the house clean as he worked. He was also very informative about the carpet cleaning process and gave us useful tips for the future. Andre Brown was professional, courteous, and thorough from the moment I met him for an estimate. He is responsive, extremely knowledgeable and is very interested in providing a high-quality service. On the day of my carpet cleaning, he was communicative in terms of a specific arrival time, and went to work immediately. The result of his work on my 20 year old carpets is simply amazing!! They look so beautiful, I don't want anyone to even step on them again! : ) All of the carpets look and smell soooo clean! Best carpet cleaner in the business. Ive had stains that no other carpet cleaner could ever clean. Browns Professional has our carpet looking brand new after 20 years. His prices are higher but clearly worth it. They provide Excellent customer service and have equipment I’ve never seen from any other carpet cleaner in my life. Cutting edge technology. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

From beginning to end, Andre was professional and very sweet. And the actual carpet cleaning was beyond phenomenal!!!! My carpets look like brand new, even with bad pet stains. Can’t even tell I ever had pets!

Some people don't believe in calling someone you know to handle professional services, but when they are PROFESSIONAL, that's what you do! So glad I called Brown's Professional Services--yep I changed the name because they are way more than carpet--to clean my dryer vents. Not only did they fix what they came to fix, but they also fixed what a previous contractor did wrong. Then they cleaned up everything and left the place better than it was when they arrived. I immediately noticed how much hotter the dryer is! No more turning the dryer on for an extra cycle because the first cycle didn't dry my things. Woo Hoo! Lower energy bills loading! Less time wasted too.

Although this service was a little pricier, it was worth EVERY penny! Andre did a fantastic job and takes great pride in their work. Carpet looks and smells amazing. Communication was outstanding throughout every step of this process. I HIGHLY recommend Brown’s Professional Carpet Care.

I have used many carpet cleaning services in the past - from "mom & pop" companies to national chains - no one has come close to the quality, attentive details and professionalism that Mr. Brown exhibited when cleaning the upstairs area and stairs. First, he explained everything he was going to do, including laying protection along the walkway, placing a partition on the front door to prevent air and bugs entering, and placing bumpers to protect the corners. Quality from beginning to end. I highly recommend BPCC, and will reach out again when needed!

Andre and his wife were amazing. Quite the dynamic duo! I had a set of stairs and two bedroom carpets cleaned. They were extremely professional, great at communication and produce amazing results.
