People often say in reviews that the service was great and they would use the company again. Well, I actually did. I was paired with 200 Degrees Hot Steam Cleaning through my home warranty company. Harrison came out and did a great job steam cleaning my carpets. He did such a good job that I asked him to come back a few days later to clean all the tile and wood floors in my place. Harrison returned and did a equally great job. For the second visit, I also got to meet Grace. They are two very nice people who know what they are doing and care about doing a good job. I am lucky I found them, and will definitely use 200 Degrees Hot Steam Cleaning again, for the third time!

I have been using Evelyn’s services since 2018. She has consistently been so thorough, meticulous, and efficient in her cleaning services. She has never been late to an appointment, has never missed an appointment, and she has been very flexible each time I have had an emergency cleaning situation or an unfortunate circumstance arise. When it comes to any home improvement task I have, I have asked for her advice and help, from installing curtains to rearranging furniture. Most of all, Evelyn and her team are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met in the DC area. This is a very reliable and professional business. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Worst Home Depot in the area. Avoid that place to prevent poor service, dissatifaction and headaches..All employees are careless for customers...Simply they don't care about you....

Was not impressed with my experience speaking with a representative over the phone this morning. Was calling to inquire about sod availability and when the phone was answered, the woman answered "hello" after several seconds of conversation going on prior to acknowledging the customer on the phone. When I asked if they had sod in stock, she said "what?" And when I asked again she just said "no" with no further details of if and when they'll have any. As an owner of a lawn company, I've dealt with the location several times but primarily via online ordering and pickup. However, this recent experience makes me reluctant to deal with this location's Garden Center for our business needs.

I only needed my lawn mowed. I told them please make sure NOT to cut the pipe in my yard, several times. They cut my grass, and then told me their Edger broke and would come back in the morning to finish the job. I was patient and understanding, and even paid half the money for services ($25), but not entire amount ($50) because job was incomplete. I saw later that they mowed over the pipe, to the point that I don’t know if it’s fixable. I called them immediately that evening around 6pm, and left text messages until the next day, almost 24hr later, and still no response, nor did they return to finish the job. I now have to find and pay someone to complete my yard and fix the pipe. They cost me more money and I wish never used them. They lack customer service skills, are unorganized, and have terrible work ethic.

What is further disappointing is that I am a minority young black women, and they are a minority company (young black men), and I was happily trying to support them, but this is how they treated me. They didn’t even give me the consideration of responding to me after they knew they messed up my yard. I would not advise anyone to use their services, as you can see from my pictures this will be the end result.

I typically don’t write reviews, but felt it would be a disservice to others if not, and hope no one else will be subject to this. I wish someone had told me this prior to using them.
