I have never worked with a contractor who started a project earlier than promised, finished on time and did not run over the budget. Caleb and his team did just that, and the work was exceptional. Highly recommend and I will be working with him again.

Caleb was very easy to work with because of his professionalism and dedication to his work. This was our second time using him on a neighbor's recommendation. This time, he installed recessed lights where fluorescent lights had existed. The first time, he repaired a ceiling that had been damaged by water and a wall that needed some holes spackled and repainted. He'd also installed a new security light and lamppost light. Caleb is upfront about cost, flexible with scheduling, easy to talk to, and very good at what he does. I feel very comfortable using him because of the quality of his work and the ease of working with him, so I recommend him highly.

Unbelievable craftsmanship, professionalism and courtesy. Caleb put in a deck and fixed a door where the lock and door frame had been destroyed. He used camo screws to the boards so you don’t even see them. It’s just a flat beautiful surface.

I hired Solt’s Construction to finish a room for a custom gym in my home. At the time of the estimate, Caleb (the owner) walked me through what he thought would be best to make my vision work, recommending multiple options for finishes, lighting, insulation, etc. depending on my budget and preferences. He engineered a solution to make some pipe fit into the finished room better and made plans for some custom work to fit my needs and make sure the room looked great. Caleb gave recommendations for me to do some additional work in installing rigid foam insulation at the same time of the other work to save on costs in the long run; this was very much overdue and needed and I was glad he recommended it to me. He even noticed some damage to AC pipes that would be covered by the finished ceiling and walked me through how to easily fix it on my own before he came to do the work so they didn’t cause future issues. During construction, Caleb was there EVERY DAY, doing a majority of the work himself and bringing assistance that he would task and oversee directly. Having the owner of the company do the work themselves made me feel super secure that everything was being done right. I couldn’t help but overhear that Caleb was providing some on-the-job-training for the folks he brought with him and I thought that was super cool and enjoyed hearing him teach; he is obviously a pro. There’s so much more to say than the review will allow; he was professional, pleasant, went above and beyond, was great value for the cost, kept the job site cleaned up every day. . . I will definitely be calling Solt’s again for my next project!

Caleb did a great job with the repairs on our home. We had a number of repairs needed including repairing our wooden staircase, replacing numerous ceiling lights and bathroom fan, bathroom ceiling repairs from a leak, and installing a new bench in our son's room. His team was able to get the repairs done quickly and the end result is exactly what we had envisioned. As with any home repairs, unexpected things come up, and Caleb was great at offering us effective and reasonable solutions to resolve those. He was very communicative and we would absolutely use his team again!

Solt’s Construction recently finished our 1600 sq ft basement and we could not be happier with the finished product! They exceeded our expectations. Starting at the initial estimate, through the competition of our project, Solt's construction has been one of the best experiences we've had with a construction company. In the past we have had some terrible experiences so we were apprehensive to start another project. However our sliding back door was becoming incredibly difficult to open. What we had thought was going to be a simple fix turned into needing to pull the door out, put in a new load bearing beam, fix the framing of the door, and put it all back. Caleb, Kevin, and Jack were all professional, were knowledgeable, and were very open about explaining some of the details I didn't understand (they never made me feel stupid). The door opens much easier and we now know it's done correctly! We will definitely be calling them again if/when we need anything else done!

This time around, the majority of the work was done by Kevin and Jack, both of whom could not have been more pleasant to work with. Kevin, in particular, really went above and beyond to ensure that our bathroom renovations were exactly what we had envisioned. He never made decisions without consulting us and kept us updated about what he planned to complete each day so that we were always tuned in to the timeline for the projects.

Caleb and his team were fantastic. We had them come in to create a walk-through from our Kitchen/Dining room on a load bearing wall. He was incredibly thorough in his inspection and plan to not disrupt any of the main foundation. 10/10 would recommend Solt's Construction.

Caleb installed a French door, trimmed out a basement window and repaired some rotting trim below another window. We were really happy with the quality of work and where some touch-ups were needed Caleb promptly addressed our concerns. Would definitely consider him for future projects!

After interviewing multiple home remodelers, I chose Solt’s Construction and I’m very happy that I did. I had a kitchen remodeled with a wall and window removed, electrical rework, and all new cabinets and sink. Solt’s construction added a powder room, front porch and redesigned the outside of a bay window by adding molding and metal roof. I also had front and back doors replaced as well as the siding in the front of the house.

Not only did Caleb meet with me initially to quote and review the projects but he was also the one who did most of the work. So unlike some of the larger contractors who have someone quote the job, Caleb was actively involved in every step of the multiple projects.

He also has a very “good eye” for details and is a very good finishing carpenter which is rare to find. Every detail was completed correctly or it wasn’t good enough for Caleb.

Any issues that arose with suppliers was handled quickly and efficiently.

I highly recommend Solt’s Construction for all of your home remodeling. Not only are his prices reasonable but all projects are completed in a timely manner, correctly, and with very few issues due to Caleb’s project management.

Highly recommended! My wife and I hired Mammoth Construction to remove hedges, tear out our chain link fence and replace it with a wood picket fence. We could not be happier with the results. The fence looks great and our yard looks brand new. From start to finish they were great to work with, always kept us up to date on the project status and finished in a timely manner.

Richard and his crew are the best. I had a porch overhang that was coming detached from our house. They ripped all that out and gave me a nice new porch. Richard is so responsive with questions you have. His crew are so nice and hard workers. I will definately use them again for our next projects. Mammoth Construction is great to work with! They worked with the county to get a permit for our historic house (no easy feat) and they always let us know when there are material or design options and give us quotes with the pros and cons.
