The staff, products/equipment used as well as the efforts put forth were exceptional. There were quick responses to my initial requests for info as well as the opportunity to dialogue with the owner to clarify my needs and anticipations. The cleaning staff contacted me via text to alert me when enroute and got to work as soon as they brought in their equipment and put on their shoe coverings. They knew how to go about dividing up the tasks and worked their way through the tasks at hand. I have used other cleaning companies before, but I believe that I definitely received a higher level of service with The Maids . From the ceiling fans to the baseboards and all rooms were done in such a manner that I could definitely see the difference. The attitude of the workers was pleasant and professional (no cell phone or socializing). I also liked the fact that all three arrived together in a company branded car and were dressed uniformly. The bathrooms were immaculate and sanitized. The other rooms and areas were expertly vacuumed, dusted, mopped, scrubbed/wiped down --even the cat pet hair was eliminated. I could go on and on, but I will simply say that I give this company an A if asked to grade them . There is no doubt that I would highly recommend this company to others and I plan to utilize them in the future also.

I would highly recommend The Maids in Southern Maryland. They were very prompt and left my home spotless; even areas I thought were impossible to clean (rust stain inside of my sink and fingerprints at the main door). The workers were very pleasant. This is a luxury I didn't know I needed haha. I will be booking them again!
