These ladies did an amazing job! They came in and got straight to work! They cleaned things I didn’t even know would be cleaned. It smells amazing in here. They tackled room by room, and paid attention to detail on everything. They moved efficiently and got the job done without rushing. They took out the trash and everything. They literally cleaned all the way to leaving out the doors. They don’t know how much this meant to me and helped me. I highly recommend, and would love to have them again.

The service provided by the Maids of Southern Maryland was phenomenal. I was so impressed with the results and quality of cleaning. I hosted Thanksgiving at my house and their service allowed me to focus on cooking totally which reduced my stress level. I highly recommend their business!

This was my first time using this company and I would say it went alright or maybe my expectations were too high. My house is just two of us and a dog, 2700 sq ft, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths. I signed up for the deep clean and was sold on the description that they would work top to bottom and really work on the areas I miss regularly cleaning. I recently had foot surgery so really needed help before the holidays. Originally I was quoted around $460 and told of the first time customer $50 off. They noted it may go as high as $552. I guess I should have expected the higher number from the beginning but wasn't alerted that it'd be more until the card was charged. I also emailed a few days prior to switch the card on file but they never responded in time. They sent 3 ladies over for 2.9 hours and everything looked great and had some nice touches like to the toilet paper rolls and tissue box. Because of the foot surgery I couldn't deeply inspect before they left but I was happy with what I could see.

Since their leaving, I've noticed some things that left me somewhat disappointed. Doorknobs hadn't been sanitized, streaks on mirrors, food on the handles of the fridge, items knocked beneath dressers and under my bathroom vanity, baseboards left uncleaned, and some cobwebs remaining in my bedroom. They also never touched my fans or light fixtures despite it being in the description.

If this was a regular clean for a regular price I'd be thrilled, but feel it left a bit to be desired in terms of the deep clean they promised. And not to mention the ladies accidentally broke my shower rod and I had to replace it. They brought it to my attention immediately which I don't fault them for, but didn't help me feeling like I might need to search elsewhere next time for the price.

I used Hernandez Complete Services for tree removal in my yard, they removed 6 trees on 2/5/2024. Starting with the owner coming down to give me an estimate, and when his team came down to remove the trees they were professional, and on time they cleaned up after they finished. I was just amazed I will recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you so much job well done.

Fair prices, extremely efficient and professional crew. Will definitely hire them again. Owner came out to give me an estimate right away and provided good suggestions and feedback. Owner is very knowledgeable regarding tree health and tree removal. Very easy to work with. Scheduler is also easy to work with. We had 9 large trees taken down, hauled away and a number of tall trees trimmed and maintained. Job and clean up completed in one day. This is the best all around tree removal experience we’ve had in the 20 years at this property.

I chose to use Hernandez Complete Tree services due to a previous job I observed them complete in the past for a friend. The crew did a fantastic job and the price was way better than any local competitor.

I contacted Hernandez to come out and give me an estimate for falling 1 large oak tree that was very close to my house, and was a project I could not handle myself. They came out and gave me an estimate on the same day and discussed all the options I had and quickly set up a date to come back out for the work.

The following day, my father who lives on the same property said he had a few tress he would like taken down as well. I contacted Hernandez and he was back out the same day to give an estimate for my Dad's job.

On the day the work was scheduled, a full crew showed up with all their equipment and quickly got to work. The crew was friendly, professional and highly skilled. My Dad and I watched in aww as the crew worked together prepping trees with rope while the climbers went up and began de limbing very large and tall trees. It was amazing to watch this crew work in sync with each other and tackle a very large job. The crew made quick work of 3 large trees at my Dad's property then moved over to my property to began work.

Dad and I both hired Hernandez Complete Tree Services to just drop the trees and leave them there for us to clean up later, as I will be using them for firewood. They do clean up and haul away all the mess if you want them too, but I wanted the logs.

The crews went above and beyond after falling the trees by moving all the laps (tops) to a designated area out of the way, leaving just the logs so it would be easier for me to cut firewood and clean up. Once all the laps were moved out of the way, the crew used rakes and blowers to clean up the rest of the small debris left in the yard, so the only thing I have left to clean up is the logs for firewood.

The owner and his crew are very professional and friendly. The crew did an amazing job and the price can not be beat.

I got a huge tree removed from my property yesterday 3/22/25 and I am satisfied with the outcome. This company is a great company and they are honest, knowledgeable, and stick to their word. The lead gentleman on the crew Mr. Isaac was very communicative and extremely pleasant to work with. I will definitely be using this company services again for other trees in the future as well as other work. I also think the prices are fair and affordable. I got quotes from other places that were unreasonable and were going to provide less of a service, so I am glad that I went with this company. Thank you Isaac and crew!

Fantastic service! Great work done on my back yard. Fair price too. I called other companies that didn't show or put me through a bunch of hoops. Cleared my fallen and leaning trees, left the lovely hardwood and now the yard is ready for next steps.
