We have been using The Maids of SOMD for a few months now and it has been a good experience. They are very responsive and pleasant during any interactions be it phone conversations with owners and schedulers or the staff doing the cleaning. They utilize text technology to remind you about upcoming appointments as well as dispatch text when the maids are in route with a location traction This is helpful if you plan to be home for they are working but still need to get other tasks done. For clarity we have been able to leave a one time garage code or door open if we are not going to be home or home at the start and found everyone to be trustworthy, honest, and respectful. We highly recommend The Maids of SOMD.

Very disappointed! I was told what would be done and all I got was wiped down counter tops and bathroom sink with a wet rag! Nothing is clean! Never use them again
