I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this guy is ridiculous. We had a ceiling leak in July. He came out to repair and dropped a cast iron pipe on our brand new stove and it left holes in our floor to the concrete. He said he would replace the stove but refused responsibility for the floor. After consulting our insurance they advised he was responsible for replacing the entire kitchen floor. After brief back and forth he finally agreed. That alone took 4 months. His floor guy came out reeking of beer, did a horrible job and Kevin started completely dodging us. Only when I told him it’s been 6 months that we have been patient and next step is court did he agree to show up. He arrived to replace the stove and it was incorrect, even after him physically taking the stove manual to get the correct model info. While he’s in my home, I again brought up how this could have been avoided by doing it correctly, and he shot back with all these excuses and got combative, raising his voice. Six months later, we have the incorrect stove and a horrendous flooring job. See you in court!

Do not waste your money with this so call business unless you're in the business of getting ripped off. They do not honor their work which says alot about one's character.

The picture shows my outside drain one day after Kevin the owner supposedly have fixed it. I phoned and text him several times only to get the run around. A month goes by and a lost of a $185.00 initial pay to him, needless to say he never came back.

I have never written a review, but due to the damage they have inflicted due to their negligence I have no other alternative. Sent to my home through American Home Shield, to repair a simple leak from my refrigerator's water line, after three visits (and a month passing), I have a massive puddle of water on my floor and a damage to the back panel that covers that covers the electronics. Not only did he not repair the water line, the "plumber" punctured the line which is causing it to spray water up onto the metal covering. The metal covering is pried off the refrigerator and broken off from the screws that is supposed to hold it in place. It is actually worse than before. I cannot understand how this company remains in business. I would give negative stars if possible.

If I could give a negative star, I would. Assigned by AHS to diagnosis and fix a toilet leak. They came just fine the next day, but the diagnosis was vague followed by a need for a second visit, followed by no response for a day. Each call was "we are working on the quote, we'll get back to you in a few minutes". They never did. What they did was update the service request on AHS after multiple calls - never to us. During that time we decided to go with a different plumber AND the County who both determined the water ejector they claimed was the issue was in fact new and just fine. These people would have cost at $1600 for no reason at all.The issue turned out to be an simpler issue that cost much less. Incompetent, bad communication. Use at your own risk!

My experience with KG Winston and Sons was great. My technician, Bravon provided quick and efficient service. He was polite and professional and answered of all my questions and concerns. The office staff was also professional and patient. Thank you!

It’s been since 2022 since work was done on my hot water heater. They charged me thousand plus dollars saying they needed to get me up to code and I needed an inspection on the work they did. Charged me for the inspection and I never got the inspection. I have called every year since then not once did they offer to refund me for the inspections. Do not let this company in your house.

I have had several plumbers but none come close to KG Winston. The technician was extremely professional and did a wonderful job on replacing my toilet. I would recommend this company over and over again. Take it from me, you won't be disappointed.

Will is the best plumber I’ve ever seen. His prices are very reasonable and the service is 5 star worthy. Highly recommended.

Will showed up and "made it right" by fixing a garden valve problem for less than originally quoted and fixed added a shutoff ball valve with out any prompting. He made it right and did even more. Top of my plumbers to call list.

Will was polite and professional. His charges were reasonable — especially compared to the larger plumbing companies. I'll be contacting Will Plumbing first for my future plumbing needs.

I had this company come out to do maintenance on my furnace and come to find out months later by another company it was never cleaning. Very disturbing.

This is a family business. I’ve been using them for about ten years. They provide great service and reasonable prices. Can’t really find local service with a smile anymore. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs heat or ac services.

Owner of this company is dishonest. I was told by the owner the issue with my system was not able to be repaired and a whole new system was needed. Any questions I had, he replied with an indignant response. I called another company out the next day who quickly fixed the issue for under $200.

They came right out and fixed our A/C. Customer service was great. A/C is working fine. Their estimate was in line with other A/C companies we called and response time was fast!
