G&G is hands down the best as far as quality of work and customer service. Super responsive technicians who were professional and reasonably priced. They came out same day to fix the AC unit in my house when after it went out on an extremely hot day. Lifesavers!! Will definitely be using their services again in the future.

This is one of the worst service providers I've encountered. I own a commercial property in Fort Washington, and their service provider, Garry, came to add AC refrigerant and deep clean the ice machine. They charged me $2,653.23, and the very next day, it didn't work. The customer service is terrible, the staff is unprofessional, and the service is subpar despite the high cost. It seems like the company is more interested in taking people's money than providing quality service. I strongly suggest avoiding this business to save your hard-earned money.

Edit: while I complain about this business and employee Gary Russell, the business/employee turns back to my business page and pretend that they are my customer at bar and added false allegations there. One can see clearly what kind of business they are into.
Also, your reply on my review says you have cleaned the mold from the ice machine, then how come you attached those nasty mold pictures on my page. That means you didn’t perform deep cleaning. Yes????
If not, then you’re lying on my business page whooaaa.
One can see who’s the culprit and playing unethical and unprofessional. Huge RED and NO to this business and people.

They literally came out within 2 hours of calling when the AC went out. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He identified the problem right away. The repair was very reasonable.

I had furnace cleaning done for the first time, and Rob was excellent. He showed me the dust buildup inside the furnace chamber and explained how it affects heat flow. After cleaning, the furnace worked quietly and heated the house evenly. The air also felt cleaner. Rob even replaced my old thermostat batteries.

Really disappointed. My appt. window was 2-4pm with Greg. Around 2:15P I got a call from technician saying he had something to do and would be delayed. Tech called again 5:50P saying will be there in about 1hr. By 9PM I called Logan Mechanical to let them know no one came. About 15 later he arrived. He didn't have part needed, would have to order. It was too late to make other plans, so we (94 year old)spent night in cold house. Charged $100.00

My technician was incredibly patient and took the time to clearly explain the issue in detail. He made sure I understood every step of the process, which really put me at ease. He was committed to seeing the job through from start to finish, ensuring nothing was left incomplete.

I scheduled service with Logan Mechanical for my Goodman HVAC unit on July 27, 2025. The technician, diagnosed a failed ECM blower motor, which was confirmed to be under warranty. I was provided a written proposal stating the total charge would be $560 for four hours of labor, which I agreed to based on the understanding that only labor was being charged — not parts or travel time.

My appointment was from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, but the technician didn’t arrive until after 10:00 AM and finished around 12:30 PM — only 2.5 hours of work. When I questioned the full charge, I was told by the operator that it included the technician’s travel time and even time to pick up the part, which was never discussed or stated in the contract.

When I followed up with Tristan Smith, he claimed he explained this, which he absolutely did not. The written contract clearly lists what’s included (labor tasks) and what’s excluded — and travel time is mentioned nowhere. When I continued to push back, I was told, “We don’t need your business,” and he offered to remove the part and “start from scratch,” which felt more like a threat than a solution.

This experience was unprofessional and disappointing. It’s not about the money — it’s about integrity and honest service. I would not recommend this company to anyone in my community.

I called Logan after a negative experience with another company left us without heat, with a kid at home. Logan was friendly responsive, understanding, fast and were able to solve the problem for a fair price in less than 24 hours. I couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone. I’ve given Logan Mech 5 stars and they truly deserve it! The tech that came to my house was Tony, he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, he worked diligently to make sure my concerns were addressed.
I was having trouble installing a new smart thermostat, it wasn’t cooling the house. Tony spent almost 2hrs troubleshooting and he finally got it! No idea exactly what he did but when it’s 350° outside and the air starts working, it’s like magic.

They sent a technician out right away to provide me with an estimate to install a furnace mounted humidifier. The price seemed a little high to me, but it was clear that they had good experience in this unusual domain. The job was pretty quick, and the results are working fairly well. The unit uses a lot more hot water than I expected, but other than that no complaints.

At this time, it was almost 9pm. We Googled & called several 24/7 emergency hvac business’s with no luck. Most couldn’t come for at least 48 hours.
