Another A+++ experience with Logan Mechanical. My HVAC and water heater needed service and the Logan Mechanical team took care of everything. Super professional, friendly crew, great communication, and very knowledgeable!

The Technician arrived promptly at 8Am as scheduled. We requested a system check for our air-conditioning units. The Technician did a thorough check of both of our units which required him to check the unit in the basement and also climb into the attic. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and polite. He explained everything that he encountered and how we may need to address a few issues. I strongly recommend Logan Mechanical for any HVAC issues. Additionally, Logan Mechanical installed my HVAC and hot water tank in 2019.

Their technician, Tony J. was terrific. Having had 3 previous companies diagnose my issue - temperature failing to drop below 75 - possibly indicative of a failed compressor - as indeed a bad compressor and a bad capacitor, The tech from Logan very shortly determined nothing wrong with the compressor.The capacitor was bad. While there he put in a new capacitor and added a hard start capacitor - the heat pump is on the roof - and voila - set thermostat to 72 and shortly nice cold air started flowing. Oh, and he was an incredibly nice gentleman as well as very knowledgeable. I will now switch HVAC service companies.

They repaired my AC unit. Professional job with at a reasonable price. No unexpected surprises. It was great to work with these folks.

Great customer service and communication. Our unit went out unexpectedly which could have been detrimental to our business. Logan Mechanical not only showed care and concern they squeezed us in their schedule with urgency. We had a new unit installed within a few days. Their staff was professional and polite. The work was of excellent quality.

I have used Logan Mechanical for the last couple of years. Really great and quick service. They presented me with multiple options to repair or replace my minisplit system, and were happy to discuss them options with me to get to the best choice for me. I really appreciate their way of doing business, as well as their availability to quickly come assist when needed. My typical technician, AJ, is awesome. Recommend Logan very highly.

We had an unfortunate experience with another general contractor. A family member recommended Logan Mechanical LLC. Tony, the technician arrived promptly and was knowledgeable and courteous as he inspected our unit and offered recommendations to maintain the performance of our AC unit. We were appreciative of Tony’s professionalism.

Alexis explained in detail what work needed to be done and followed up after two months. Forget to mentioned we thought we had an issue but the developer of the home didnt install pipes correctly.
They explained throughly.
I really appreciated him, and the receptionist was outstanding, Sammy?
The price was decent, cheaper than the other two companies I examined.

I very much appreciate Logan Mechanical’s response on such short notice. After explaining my concerns to the technician he acted upon them with a thoroughness explaining to me his findings where the end result being one that gave me confidence that everything was alright.

Our AC needed refrigerant and was unable to cool the house down below 78. Logan Mechanical technician came same day I called. Did a thorough inspection (in the rain I might add), diagnosed the issue, and got the unit working properly again. Appreciated his honesty about the extent and need for specific repairs. He was extremely knowledgeable. Strongly recommend Logan Mechanical for anyone looking for a trustworthy HVAC company in DC.

AJ arrived on time. He was pleasant and started working immediately. He ensured he explained everything and when I needed something repaired he explained what needed to be repaired and the cost before proceeding.

I had work with Logan for several services they did perform well. they installed a mini split in my home that never actually worked. they can out 3x and never got it to work. and now numerous HVAC contractors consultation i will have to replace the entire system.

I was impressed with the performance of their tech ,AJ after he serviced one of my gas boilers so I asked him to service another. Big mistake. He left and the boiler wasn’t getting hot. I called him to tell him he left some tools and boiler wasn’t getting hot. He came back to get tools but told me everything was normal and left at 9:30 PM and outside temperature at 11 degrees and no heat.He didn’t even put everything back together.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. We were struggling with our last providers and someone highly recommended Logan and we are so glad they did. Excellent customer service, and clearly top tier experts in HVAC. We hired them for a home emergency, then to install to tankless water heater, and then brought them in to work on large commercial units at work, and all experienced were great. Units all working well and they keep them well maintained. The guys are all super friendly, super responsive, and look for ways to save you money, which is the opposite of what we experienced before we made the switch. So long as they can maintain this level of service they will be my go to solution for life!

We had some condensation on an air-conditioning vent on our home HVAC. Logan Mechanical sent an HVAC specialist, Tony, out to inspect. He looked things over, carefully explaining everything. After making some adjustments on the insulation around the vent tubing in the attic, Tony answered our questions. We are very thankful to have a trustworthy, expert company like Logan Mechanical in our area.
Also, In November 2025, a Logan Mechanical technician came to do a seasonal check on our Mitsubishi HVAC and a Navien combination boiler/ hot water heater. The check was thorough and professionally carried out and any questions we had were answered. We highly recommend Logan Mechanical.

Logan Mechanical saved me from the freezing cold by getting my furnace working again! Cordell was professional, efficient and put in tons of labor to reroute my condensate line. I will always call them for any future HVAC needs!

I reached out to this company to repair my furnace. A tech was initially supposed to come the same day, but later was unable. When the tech arrived the next day he did something to the furnace, did not fix it, charged me for hours of labor and someone was supposed to follow up with the part I needed to restore my heat. I never heard anything from the company again. Took my $400 bucks for a useless service call and ran off. I do not recommend this company. Me and my children, including my infant, are still sitting in the cold and I'm looking for another company to come do the repair I need & paying all over again.
