We had a leak that turned out to be a major project. Marcus came in and diagnosed the problem in no time. We have an older home and have updated most of the plumbing but we knew there was a section of the house that would be a future problem. He came in, figured out the issue and quoted a price. It was a ton of work but he was able to finish the job based on the schedule he estimated and we have peace of mind. I would highly recommend this company and especially our technician Marcus.

Our family's home is future-proofed and we are super satisfied with the electrical upgrade project Wenbrooke accomplished for our home. Zach, Josh, and Kevin gave us the expertise, trust, and price fairness we needed to choose Wenbrooke. If you want smart circuit panels, are buying an EV, or ever thought of using your Ford F-150's Pro Power Onboard to power your house, these guys are the ones to call.

This project had 4 primary goals to future-proof our 30-year old home. All were successful thanks to the Wenbrooke team. This also required an upgrade to 400 amp service, which has become more common for EV owners. All of this had only one day of electrical outage.

1) Installed two EV chargers with 50-amp and 80-amp units that can be used simultaneously.
2) Installed Leviton Load Centers with smart breakers, whole home monitoring for control by iPhone app, and home surge protection. This setup allows viewing of power usage for every circuit, scheduling circuit use for electricity savings, and remote on/off of breakers for load shedding. A Youtube watcher's dream!
3) Ensured capacity for a future kitchen upgrade with higher electrical needs for an induction cooktop, wall oven, and floor heat.
4) Enabled use our Ford F-150 Lightning's Pro Power Onboard to serve as a whole-home backup with battery storage equivalent to more than 9 Tesla Powerwalls. Freaking wow! Our house can be powered for several days in an extended outage with 15 minutes of effort. This was done through installation of a generator circuit, interlock kit, and a specially-wired disconnect.

Huge shout out to Zach for giving us systems that are thoughtfully designed, cleanly installed, and simple to use. Special thank you to Josh for his support and confidence that we could get this done with Wenbrooke, and to Kevin for having a can-do approach and listening to me when I described what we were trying to accomplish.

There’s nothing fun about waking up several hours early to get very necessary repairs completed before opening your business just to have the techs completely not show up. This service was planned weeks ago and the time was confirmed on Friday. Terribly disappointing
