Ivan was a great help and came out during his busy schedule to service my parent's unit when they didn't have AC during this heat wave. I recommend this company and I appreciate the speedy and quality work.

Dan came the same day that I called. The Air Conditioning was inoperable. In 90+degree outside temperature, it was very uncomfortable. He got the Air to work very soon and checked other things. I highly recommend.

These guys were life savers! My wife had told me to replace our AC unit last summer but I thought I could squeeze a few more years out of it. I swear these guys saved my marriage. My AC unit went down on a 95 degree day. I called them and they came out immediately. I was even able to speak directly with the owner while he was away on vacation on a holiday weekend. They came out ASAP, they replaced my unit quickly and efficiently. The team was very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job and my new AC unit worked better than my older unit ever did. They charged a reasonable price and set me up with a maintenance plan moving forward, so my unit will last longer. I can't thank these guys enough! I highly recommend them and will be using them for all of my future HVAC needs!

Had an issue with my HVAC filter that SG helped out with. A couple weeks later, the heat went out for a completely unrelated reason. SG got the heat back on and didn't charge since it was within 30 days of their last call. The two issues had nothing to do with each other, and I would have gladly paid for the second service. However, SG refused to charge for coming out. Especially nowadays, it is nice to work with a company that cares about the work and customers more than trying to squeeze an extra dollar.

I cannot say enough good things about SG Heating & Cooling. We realized our AC was not cooling the house on a hot summer evening around 5:30 PM. I called friends and neighbors for recommendations. All the other companies I called closed but, Ivan from SG Heating & Cooling answered my call immediately and arrived at my house within a few hours, despite a tornado watch! His quick diagnosis and efficient repair saved the day. The price for the service was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the urgency of the situation. I'm so grateful to have found such a reliable and professional HVAC company. Highly recommend!
