Getting a appointment sometimes can be hectic but that's not true with these guys. They offer a great price, come when they say they are coming, do the work promptly, and carefully explain their work. This was my second time in a year hiring them, this time for boiler installation and they exceeded my expectation. The guys were very professional during the job. I recommend highly.

The service was excellent, Dale May performed the A/C service in a very professional manner. Dale May is a super heating and A/C Tech. I wish all Griffith employee's were professional as Mr. May.

Called the emergency service, didn't reply until the following day. Once I finally talked to a representative they kept saying the other office dealt with Howard county. I talked to the same two offices 4 times and they kept referring me to each other instead of working it out between them. I avoid at all costs, especially if in Howard county.

I am on automatic delivery and I have only run out 2 times in 26 years of their service. If I have a problem they will come quickly to fix it. I am on the maintenance plan and I have had no problem.

We've been using Griffith for over fifteen years and they have been very good for us. Reliable service and scheduling for our system.

I have a service plan. When ever anything happens to the furnace I call and they come right away. They also got filters I needed and delivered them right to my door. I think they are great.

Excellent technician Bill Moore of Baltimore Office resolved long outstanding problem which prevented oil flowing freely from tank to furnace. He took the time to correct a situation most technicians ignore.

Dale arrived and had the issue fixed in just few minutes. He immediately zeroed-in on the control component causing the issue, found a hidden broken wire and had it all running again in moments.
