Excellent service!! Crew took their time to clean each vent and the result was superb. I had a little trouble communicating with them due to language barrier but they have done stellar work!!! I would use them again!!

Terrific service! I called Regal at 10 am and there were here by 2 pm that same day. Did NOT expect same day service! The tech spent about an hour cleaning out a long and particularly clogged dryer vent (which was holding up all our laundry by shutting down the dryer) and then we discussed cleaning our HVAC systems and air ducts which I definitely want to tackle next. Friendly technician who did a good job explaining the process and benefits of Regal's cleaning service.

I want to save other homeowners from my expensive experience with Regal Duct Cleaning, Inc. Here's exactly what happened:

THE BAIT: Received a mailer with "low price" coupons for HVAC and dryer duct cleaning.

THE SWITCH: Once the crew leader arrived, the relentless up-selling began:

- Repeatedly pushed additional services I explicitly declined multiple times
- Used technical HVAC jargon to confuse and pressure me
- Ignored when I said I needed to check my home warranty coverage first
- Created false urgency by claiming their "next job was canceled" and crew would be "sitting around for hours"
- Offered a "special discount" on blower cleaning to avoid this fake scheduling issue

Plot twist: After I paid $1,300, he suddenly had to leave for "another job" (what happened to the canceled appointment?)

RED FLAG ALERT: They asked me to leave a positive review BEFORE the work was completed - in exchange for a discount. This explains any positive reviews you might see.

BOTTOM LINE:
- Advertised price: Low $$ coupon
- Actual price after pressure tactics: $1,300
- Services I originally wanted: 2
- Services they pressured me into: Multiple add-ons

If you use this company, be prepared to firmly say NO repeatedly and stick to ONLY the advertised services. Better yet, find a company that respects "no" the first time and honors their advertised prices.
The crew was polite, but politeness doesn't excuse deceptive sales practices. Consumers deserve transparency and honest pricing, not manipulation and false urgency.

The service and knowledge of Julius and Alex were excellent, I was provided in depth information about my system, I was provided updates through the service showing before and after pictures, showing the clean vents. I'm very satisfied with my service today. Julius and Alex were great
