Description of Work:
Cleaned entire house HVAC system ducts, returns, vents, and bathroom vent fans. Always performed a deep-cleaning of the dryer vent and dryer internals.

Would hire again if same promotional offer and pricing is available.

Jay and Fernando came to clean my dryer vent, and I was so impressed with their professionalism that I had them clean the rest of the vents as well. They wore shoe covers, took their time, and made sure everything was done thoroughly and correctly. Jay explained each step of the process and shared helpful tips to prevent future issues. Both Jay and Fernando were extremely friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. I’m very satisfied with the service!

Regal was great to work with. The communication between the office & the team at my house was so easy & made me feel confident in adding extra services. Fernando was the lead tech on site & was wonderful! I highly recommend using them & I know I will again!

Julius and team were fantastic. They came to complete an inspection to look over what we needed and were able to complete the work on the spot. We did not have to schedule a later appointment. They gave an honest quote and did fantastic work. My air ducts are clean and spotless. Drier vent is completely cleaned and was much needed. Because of their work, we have better air flow up to our 2nd and 3rd floors. They went above and beyond our expectations. They included pictures of before and after pictures once completed. They did a great job for us. We needed them to come quickly, as our dryer vent had separated from the wall, and I couldn’t reach it! So, not only did they do a great duct cleaning job, they also fixed my urgent laundry problem! Really nice to work with their team. We will use them again.

I called Regal Duct Cleaning to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. They were able to schedule me soon and came in time for the appointment. The team was professional, kind and friendly and informative. Went step by step about the work process and upfront about the price. They used HEPA filtered negative air pressure machines to keep my house clean, making sure none of the dust flew onto my furniture. The pictures before and after were great to see!

Just had a deep cleaning of our entire HVAC system (both the unit and ductwork). Our technician, Julius, and his team—who I believe he was training—were excellent. They arrived within the scheduled time, were professional, and very respectful in our home.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting to need such an extensive cleaning, but after Julius showed me the before-and-after photos, there was no denying that our system had been neglected for years (well before we moved in). For the amount of work required, I was impressed at how efficient they were—having three technicians on the job definitely helped.

What I appreciated most was that Julius took the time to explain everything clearly and never came across as pushy. Now that the heavy lifting is done, I’ll make sure to stay on top of annual maintenance.

I would absolutely recommend this company to others. You may ask why the 4 stars instead of 5 then and that is because they didn't replace my air filter after the service as they said they would do. However, I called them back and the customer service agent quickly had them come out the next day, at the time of my convenience, to replace it.

My technicians Fernando and Alex were very professional and respectful hard workers. They did a very thorough cleaning and I was provided with before/after photos of the inside of my ducts

Scheduling was easy. The team that arrived took great care to keep my home clean and used HEPA filtered machines to protect my home. I was involved though the whole process and they even showed me what was happening.

Regal duct cleaning did an exceptional job they could not speak much English but were very friendly. They cleaned my ducts very well and dryer and Hvac. No issues. I would recommend the company to others.

Julius was able to come out same day to fix and clean my Dryer vent. It had a large hole and my ceiling was full of lint. They walked me through the fix and were very upfront with me about pricing and what they needed to do to fix my dryer vent and remove all the lint in the ceiling.

My home recently had an issue with heating not starting my and we contacted multiple people for assistance that didn’t help, it wasn’t until we got a hold of the folks at Regal Duct cleaning specifically Julius who was friendly insightful and left us feeling like we better understand our house and we came away with our exhaust system clean and heat ready for the winter.
