Larson is very knowledgeable about A/C problems. He explained the problem, solution to the problem and his recommendation to me and answered all my questions. He is very respectful and courteous. He is with someone who is new to the company whom he is training and they are both very nice. They took their time in explaining what will happen next with my decision. Larson is an asset to the company. You need someone like him in your company.

I can always depend on Larson. When he is the tech I know I am goo g to receive the absolute best service. Today was no exception. Larson is knowledgeable and through, took time to answer all my questions. I give him many stars!! Thank you

Technician Larson did a great job explaining the condition of my HVAC system, which was purchased new by prior homeowner from One Hour 15 years ago and maintained by them for 11+ years according to maintenance records. Gave me excellent walk through of maintenance, repair and proactive replacement options along with his inspection report, and provided excellent and clear explanations while inspecting too.

Larson is always a joy to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and determined in less than 5 min of entering our house why our HVAC shut off overnight. The issue was quickly addressed and explained in terms the average homeowner understands. 5/5 star service!

Larson did a fantastic job. Turns out we had a faulty breaker. He went through the entire system, ran a ton of diagnostics, ran out to get the part and repaired in the same visit! Highly recommend.

Because of him, I feel One Hour is a company that is concerned with quality and a no BS attitude toward dealing with what the consumer needs.

I am, and always have been, impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness the company provides. I have used this company in the past and usually Larson Kimble is my Technician. His vast knowledge and skill set has allowed me to trust his work and the reputation of the company. Larson is truly exceptional. We had him repair our upstairs air handler system. A quite difficult issue it so proved to be. He never gave up and organized an all-out effort by him and his company to fix our issue. He has a solid 5 star from me.

The technician came out to my house while I was at work, my wife was home. He told my wife I was gonna get health reports and estimates by the end of the day. My AC is not working and he told her he understood Summertime with no AC is not great. I recieved nothing by the end of the day, except Health reports, no estimates on fixing my system. The next day, I had to call the company for someone to figure out where these estimates were. When they found the estimates they were written in a way that made absolutely no sense to them nor I, so I have no clue how to fix my system. The only thing that I was able to discern was the third system I have (that is working) needs to be replaced for $4000. The problem is this company already replaced this unit Just three years ago everything’s under warranty why am I getting a $4000 estimate for a unit they just put in that is under warranty.

He is great! Friendly and efficient.

Larson is always professional, thorough, prompt, and kind. He is accurate in his diagnoses and makes sure the customer understands what was wrong, what he did to fix it, and if there is anything you need to do after. Always happy with his work!

Brandon serviced our HVAC today and discovered a sensor needed to be replaced to allow our system to run properly. He had the part on the truck and was able to fix the problem in no time. We appreciated Brandon’s attention to detail and courteous & knowledgeable service.
