They introduced themselves and what each of their roles were, then walked me through the process. They shared the before and after pictures with me and I must say, what an amazing job they did cleaning the ductwork and dryer vent.

Ron and Alfredo did a spectacular job cleaning our ductwork. They are very professional and personal. They took their time answering our questions thoroughly but more importantly facilitating information to us that we would not even known to ask. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. They provided over 30 photographs of before and after. The work that they did. They met with me following the work, went through all of the photographs, explaining in detail the work that was done, and they also provided recommendations for in the future, as to how to maintain our ductwork. Bottom line if you’re looking To get your ducks cleaned this is the company for you!

Roger and Douglas from Atlantic Duct Cleaning were great. Very professional and considerate. Informed us about what to expect, length of time to complete the work, etc. Kept the environment clean and showed us photos of the work that was completed. Will definitely ask for them in the future.

I hired this company based off the amount of 5 star Google reviews. Needed a dryer vent cleaning. Carlos and Jose Sr were professional and efficient. Had severe lint build up in a dryer that’s never had a vent cleaning. Glad I hired them and had it done. Definitely want to get this done once a year to prevent a fire.

I would like to say thank you to Joel and Robovto for the exceptional service that they provided. We are very happy with the duct cleaning service Freddy and his crew (Octavio and Chris) did for us. The team was thorough, careful, and respectful. They took great care of additional components in our system (humidifier and UV lamp).

The difference before and after (they provided images) was impressive - the main line looks brand new.

I can’t recommend Atlantic Duct Cleaning enough! We recently had our air ducts serviced, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish.

Joel and Cristobal were absolute professionals. They arrived on time, were incredibly respectful of our home, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing throughout the process.

You can really tell the difference in the air quality already. They were thorough, efficient, and didn't leave a speck of dust behind.

To top it all off, they added the dryer vent cleaning, AND replaced our kinked dryer vent connector thingy for free! It’s rare to find that kind of generosity and commitment to customer safety these days.

Atlantic Duct Cleaning has become our go to company for all of our duct cleaning and maintenance. The staff has provided wonderful customer service during every booking, while maintaining excellent communication up until and throughout the service appointments. The service technicians have always been amazing, with this particular service being performed by Rene and Edgar. The team showed up on time and got right to work, completing the job with great quality and efficiency, and not to mention cleanliness. I will continue to utilize their service and highly recommend them to others looking for similar services!

Alfonzo, Marvin, and Pedro went far and above what was expected for my
Project.
I perform Required testing (Blower Door, Duct blasting) and rarely see issues. HOWEVER… this latest Duct test failed miserably.
I reached out to Atlantic Duct Cleaning and they sent me the “A” team!!!
The first system had 11 catastrophic failures. The men worked out the issues and the Duct Blaster Test passed with flying colors.
Theses guys were tenacious and innovative in the repairs. I can’t say enough about their workmanship and professionalism.

Daniels and Elmy were prompt, kind, and professional. Provided an explanation of the work to be performed and the expectation of the services. Engaging and friendly, the crew worked diligently and efficiently. Providing before and after photos of the ducts which were in need of cleaning after an initial company attempts to clean the duct. We were happy with the results of the servicing provided by Atlantic.duct cleaning.

My mom has multiple serious lung conditions and we opted to do this in hopes it would help her breathing. The vents in her 70s home hadn’t been cleaned in at least over 30 years, and maybe even longer than that. We were shocked at the amount of dirt that came out and the photos speak for themselves. Our technicians, Gerber, Steven, and Jose did such a good job, explained everything they were doing before they started. They recommended the process be repeated about every 5 years, and we definitely won’t wait too long to do it again! The air quality was noticeably, immediately improved and I believe will help my mom medically.

Also: I did a lot of research before committing and intentionally chose this NADCA-certified company over cheaper options. While it cost a bit more, I had peace of mind knowing that nothing they would use would be harmful to our HVAC system or damage the delicate older vents, and that they knew how to properly seal the vents so dust wouldn’t fly everywhere in the process. I’m glad we paid a little more for this quality service, and it was worth every penny.
