If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
1. Scheduling with Duct Experts was easy and convenient. I got the traditional time window for when to expect the tech. Day of I received a call to let me know the tech’s arrival time. I appreciate their consideration of my time.
2. The tech, Jake, was professional, polite, efficient and helpful. He was there to clean both house ducts and dryer vents. While doing the work he noticed some concerns. He told me about them and then fixed them.
3. I appreciate that Jake explained everything he was doing and answered any questions I had.
I will be recommending Jake and Duct Experts to everyone!
