Duct expert came in and cleaned the chimney (so I can finally have fires in my fireplace again), and cleaned my ducts, which had not been cleaned in a decade. They were quick, thorough, efficient, and polite. The recommended service is every 3 to 5 years, and with the low price point for the thorough service, I will definitely not fall behind on that again!

Horrible communications. Took over a week to get back to me For an estimate and once they gave me a Price through text I asked what additional charges I might incur on top of that price and never received a response. Poor business practice, and seemed a bit shady to me. Ended up going with Stanley cleaner who provides before, and after photos of my vents, had excellent communication, and answered all my questions. It was worth the higher price And they did the same week as the estimate. I would not recommend Duct Expert.
