The HVAC system was installed correctly and I do now have air conditioning and I’m sure heating for the winter. However, for the price, I was promised that everything would be new. I was told that some parts had to come in. I waited three weeks before the installation date and my agreement to have the service done. The installation technicians informed me that they did not have the parts and that I would be informed of the date. I was told that I would be informed of the date when I made the original agreement. Nonetheless, I allowed the installation to begin because we were without error all summer. I have called One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating the day after my installation and the day after that to be told that A message would be given to the appropriate party and they would give me a call. I’m feeling that I am not getting a call. $13,000 is too much money to not have everything sparkling. And that was the agreement that had me sign in the first place. I am looking forward to my HVAC system not only working as it should, but being presented as a $13,000 object…i.e. brand new.

Michael our technician was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything in terms that were easily understood. I would recommend your services to anyone.

Ed Kreipl was fantastic- he figured out the issues causing our AC leak quickly and fixed them without a problem. Very knowledgeable, signed on for the maintenance plan to have him be able to come back and keep us on the right track. This company was the one out of six I called who could come out soonest to fix our AC - they were able to come out the next day. Overall very happy with the experience!

Damon was professional in his approach at performing the heating season check up. He took his time to review the history of the system and checking his notes for the service call. Friendly and outgoing, Damon easily answered all questions while providing his excellent knowledge of system performance and recommendations. Damon is another valued asset for the company.

Josh was very clear in his explanations, as well as in his instructions to his trainee. They were here for quite some time tracking down the issues. He has very helpful as well as courteous.

Had a great experience with Tyler, he was communicative about his arrive time, professional, and courteous. Will be requesting him for all of our future services.

Josh from One Hour did a great job today. He cleaned my coils, made sure all systems were operating properly, set my Humidifier up (new system for us so we didn't know how to turn it on), inspected the outside compressor, and answered my many questions. I will definitely request Josh for my next scheduled visit!

He was very knowledgeable about everything that he explain to me. About the different plans of equipment. He went over each plan step by step. He had great customer service skills.

Tyrell Poole did the maintenance check up. He did a thorough job and explained what needs to be done in the future to maintain the system properly. His explanation on the ecobee is great. Overall he did a great job and 5 stars justify his work.

Technician, Brandon was nice and polite. He came right out when I called. The 2 star are for the company not the tech. Your company prices are just to high for me.

Tyler is my go to technician at one hour air. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day and requested him by name. Tyler's schedule freed up and he came to my house the same day I made the appointment. He showed up when he said he would, addressed all of my concerns and was out of my house in no time at all. All of that aside the reason Tyler is the best is because he takes pride in his work and it shows.

Brandon was on time, professional , friendly and personable. He had 18yrs of professional experience and it really showed when gave a thorough explanation of the issue , the reason for it happening and how it could be resolved.

He also shared helpful tips for maintaining a functioning HVAC system. Thanks again to One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating for sending another true Professional that provided excellent service.

I hired this company to fix the seal on my toilet, and unfortunately it turned into a much bigger issue. After completing the work, they reinstalled the toilet but tightened it so much that the porcelain cracked in two different places.

This should have been a routine repair, and cracking the toilet during reinstallation shows a lack of care and proper technique. Now I’m left dealing with damage that wasn’t there before and will need to replace the toilet entirely.

Really disappointing experience, and I would be cautious about using them for plumbing work.

We had our 2 HVAC ducts cleaned today. Ron and Wilfredo were very nice and polite. At no point in the visit they tried to upsell any additional services. They took their time to explain the process and why they’re doing each step. There was no dust created by the process! I highly recommend their service!

Joel and Roberto were excellent. Clearly explained the procedure and made the entire process a breeze. So glad we had this service done to clean the ducts. Could not believe how much dirt could be removed from the system.

Rene and Guillermo were great! I recently bought and moved into a new house and was having issues with the dryer. Called Atlantic Duct Cleaning to clean out our dryer vent line. Unfortunately the previous owners seemed like they had never had the vent line cleaned but Rene and Guillermo still did an amazing job with a smile on their face. Absolutely recommend

Joel and Roberto came and did an amazing amazing duct cleaning job! They were fast, efficient, kind, and super thorough. They answered all my questions and worked really hard. 5 stars all the way! These guys are great. Highly recommended getting your ducts cleaned by them.

Excellent service—had all air ducts cleaned. Did not realize how much it was needed. Technicians took before and after photos (wow were they clean!).
