My dryer has been leaking for a week - after the 2nd business/technician came out to inspection the dryer and run a diagnostic, I found out my dryer duct was clogged ultimately causing the leak. I called Regal who had a last minute cancelation and offered to come immediately. They were nice and efficient, provided easy to understand education and cleaned up afterwards. They also advocated to fix a small unexpected issue free of charge. I'll use them again when the time comes.

Julius and his crew came to our house and repaired and cleaned our dryer vent. They had very reasonable prices, did an excellent job, and stayed later than they originally planned to get the job done right. I would highly recommend them!

I’m taking the time to write this review to make people aware of the importance of maintaining and cleaning your home air vent ducts and dryer vents. I decided to reach out Regal Duct cleaning, it was really easy to communicate with them and scheduled the services. Jay and Fernando were the technicians assigned to perform the service to my home. Jay was very professional and explained the process of getting the air vent ducts cleaned and dryer vents cleaned. I was very surprised on how much dust was inside the ducts and dryer vents. keeping and maintaining them clean prevents bacteria and mold or moisture to grow in the vents, also keeping the dryer vents clean will prevent any fire hazards. I’m ver happy for choosing Regal Duct Cleaning. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone:)

The team that came in made thing easy. We had our ducts and chimney cleaned. Julius took us through the entire process before hand and during the process showed us the results of the work performed. Angel and Juan went straight to work and handled everything professionally.

Just got our ducts and dryer vent cleaned by Regal Ducts. The technicians did a great job with the rotary scrubbing, deodorizer, clearing all vents, AND thoroughly explaining every step of the process. They even explained maintenance tips for keeping everything in tip-top shape. Definitely recommend!

Services were excellent. The crew came in did an assessment showed me pictures of in side the vents explained the process step by step in detail once agree the expedited the job flawlessly. Very pleased will definitely be using them annually.

This went from one star to five stars because of one technician, Julius.

We received the coupon, got excited, and quickly realized that instead of the bold $125 special that could cover the whole house cleaning, it would cost $1700. Granted, we have 2 HVACs, 2 air conditioners, and many rooms that haven't been cleaned in decades. This was frustrating, and as a reader, you will notice that other reviews note the coupon is somewhat misleading.

They came through, cleaned the ducts, but at the end of the job they forgot to check the filters, leaving our house covered with a thin layer of dust (luckily, we hadn't unpacked yet). This was especially annoying since four other contractors had previously cleaned and left the house spotless, including a deep clean. For context, we just bought the house and saved HVAC cleaning for last (to remove paint, flooring debris, etc.).

We were furious!

They returned, inspected the work, and acknowledged an issue. Julius, who led the team, re-cleaned the entire HVAC system, walked me through the units, assisted with the filters, and spent seven hours on-site to ensure the job was completed perfectly.

Additionally, Regal agreed to reduce the final charge to cover the deep cleaning.

At no point were they defensive, aggressive, or trying to shift blame—which, given our frustration and past experiences, is notable.

We used Regal for a dryer vent cleaning and a chimney cleaning on Jan 7, 2026. The experience could not have been better. The technician, Julius, was thorough and explanatory, took great care to keep dust, ash and lint off of our furniture and surrounding areas, and took copious before and after pictures (which showed the extent to which the vent and chimney were dirty, and then cleaned). The results were excellent, the pricing was fair considering how much lint and chimney material had accumulated, and Julius was excellent. We can highly recommend Regal for dryer vent and chimney cleaning.

Angel and Carlos did an excellent job at the dryer vent cleaning! They were quick and showed me the difference of the before/after. They cleaned up after themselves even with going into the attic. I scheduled air duct cleaning services after my dryer started smoking while drying clothes. Julius and his team provided excellent dryer vent cleaning and were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. What stood out most was how they walked me through the entire duct cleaning process, explaining the importance of clean air ducts, the different system components, and how buildup can impact safety and air quality. I was even able to see all the lint and dust that was removed from the dryer vent. If you’re looking for reliable air duct cleaning services, dryer vent cleaning, or HVAC duct maintenance, I highly recommend this team. I plan to use them again for A/C air duct cleaning and routine dryer vent maintenance.

All services were performed in an efficient and professional manner. The workmen were respectful and cooperative. Danielle was very easy to work with. The overall experience is one I would recommend to family and friends.

I'm glad I called Regal today and that Julius and his wonderful crew (Angel, Juan, and Carlos) were available. I needed all ducts assessed and cleaned and the dryer vent and bathroom fans cleaned. Julius was considerate and thorough, willing to explain anything at length - the process, his reasoning for any recommendations, options present and future, Regal pricing, you name it.

Two areas where I'd caution prospective customers:
1) If mold in the duct plenum is suspected, get a genuine, certified mold inspection instead of relying on the opinion of Regal. I was offered an expensive "remediation" process that had no guarantee of (or even a fact-based way to determine) success. (In fact, there was no mold problem.) If they had "treated" the insulation in the plenum where they thought they might be seeing evidence of mold, it would have involved spraying the insulation (adding moisture to the environment) with no way either to completely dry it out afterwards or to tell whether it was remediated. Their process involved repeated treatments for a year and visual inspection. Mold is serious business. I wouldn't advise this approach!

2) I was offended that the billing process asked for a tip, especially since the team lead was standing right next to me when I paid the bill. Not cool.

The price I was given was very high; I'd also recommend, if you have the time, to get more than one quote.

The crew was right on it - and their work was pretty thorough. I feel much better breathing the air in the house tonight.
