Larson Kimble had been had serviced our HVAC system a number of times and has always done an excellent job. This time was no exception. Apart from a thorough heat system check and displaying all the results of the checks, Larson also did two minor repairs on the A/C system to avoid any problems for next year. He also suggested a duct system cleaning to which I agreed because our system hadn't been cleaned in 8 years. I was able to schedule a cleaning on the spot for the very next day. Larson was professional, thorough, clear in his explanations and recommendations, and on time. A five-star rating is clearly warranted.

Based on Larson's recommendation, I scheduled a duct and vent cleaning on the spot for the very next day. Gerardo and Khyre arrived on time and did a thorough duct and vent cleaning. Gerardo took before and after photos on our ducts and vents. The before photos showed our system wasn't all that dirty, probably due to timely changing of filters. Nevertheless, the after photos showed a noticeable improvement. Gerardo and Khyre also did a thorough clean-up job when they were finished with the duct and vent cleaning. Gerardo and Khyre were both professional, thorough, on time, and very personable. A five-star rating without hesitation.

The techs Larson & Matt were both professional, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. I highly recommend them and this company for all of your hvac needs. I feel comfortable knowing that they are doing the work honestly and only recommending things that are needed; as well as providing upfront pricing. They were also early and provided a heads up to see if that was ok.

I had a high pitched squeal coming from my furnace. I used the online scheduler to arrange an appointment. They were able to come out the very next morning and fix the issue. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. Shortly after arrival, he fixed the issue and all was good! He checked the whole system and to make sure there were no issues. Larson did a thorough job of checking out the system. Larson made some recommendations which I will consider. One Hour again provided the quality of service, I have come to expect in over a decade of serving our HVAC system.

Larson is a great tech and great guy, he deserves the world and made sure we were taught all of the things we needed to know about our personal HVAC system. Really great job helping a home owner become armed with the knowledge he needs to make a good decision. After several other companies quoting thousands of dollars in repairs, he was in and out in a matter of no time, while also fixing my system on the contrary to the other companies expensive diagnosies.
