I was very impressed with the team that labored all day to install our HVAC system and Water Heater. The crew was professional, courteous, and worked diligently on the project. They arrived early and cleaned up well after the project was complete. Carroll Mechanical also took care of the warranty registration and all rebate related matters, so they really made the process as simple as it could get.

Rudy provided me with excellent customer service. He spent so much time explaining how my HVAC unit works and answered all of my questions. I had far too many questions about the unit, but he didn’t mind. Each answer was backed up by facts. He basically broke things all the way down so that I could understand what he was saying and he even gave me a brief lesson in schematics. I have been dealing with mold, conditions and humidity for years because the builder (Lennar) did a poor job with the HVAC install and it’s been a nightmare. Rudy took the time to give me the information that I needed to prepare for a possible replacement of my unit. The entire process was fascinating to me. He didn’t rush me, he wasn’t short on instructions or answering questions. Just a very good experience overall. He really knows his stuff and I have all of the answers that I need to present to the Lennar vultures in the morning. Thanks to Rudy I have the ammunition that I need to get my unit repaired/ replaced and also get this dehumidifier adjusted and running properly. He also read over the warranty information and assisted me with getting the customer service information. Just wanted to give this young man a huge thank you and shout out his skills and knowledge. The professional support he provides is top tier! Inside the unit is so clean. He also did my yearly HVAC maintenance a few weeks ago as well.

Carroll Mechanical was a great company to work with on my HVAC issue. The office staff is prompt and courteous, and Dana went the extra mile to understand my situation and needs and be proactive. Other companies just quoted me a replacement unit. Dana listened to my situation and sent out both a technician and sales as a follow up. Jordon came out and was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly. I had restored heat and air within a hour for $350 instead of spending $10K on a new system. I was thrilled!! I first called Carroll Mechanical when I had a weekend emergency. Out of 3 companies I called, they were the only ones that could accommodate me same day. The technician, Rudy, was very professional and friendly and got me taken care of. Since they were so honest and trustworthy, I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan and it has been the best decision I made. I’m sorry I didn’t find them sooner when I had previous issues and called my builder’s HVAC company. The difference in service has been night and day!

I returned from a long vacation to no heat and called Carroll Mechanical at the recommendation of some of my neighbors. The appointment was easy to make and they were able to accommodate my schedule. On the day of my appointment, I received a text that Jordan was his way during my arrival window. Jordan came to diagnose my issue and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and quickly diagnosed the problem. I had called an hvac company that I trust and respect greatly and they has isolated the problem but said they could not order the necessary part as my unit is quite old, which meant I would have to replace my whole system. Carroll Mechanical was able to find that part and gave me an estimate which was about a 9% of the cost of replacing the entire system which was much more palatable.

I appreciate that Jordan didn't try to push a full system replacement on me and was able to solve my problem at a fraction of the cost. Emily from the office also reached out the day after to ensure I was satisfied with the service provided and I really appreciated that. I had an excellent experience with Carroll Mechanical today. Our technician, Josh Glatz, was outstanding from start to finish. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed why the heat was not working, and explained the issue clearly. Josh discovered that the return and supply valves were shut off and immediately restored heat once he opened them.

He also performed a thorough inspection of the system, checked temperatures, reviewed the hydronic heating setup, and identified a failing blower capacitor before it caused a bigger problem. His attention to detail and professionalism were impressive.

Josh took the time to walk me through everything he found, what needed attention, and what could wait. He did not try to upsell anything unnecessary, just honest and high quality work.

Based on today’s visit, I am very confident in Carroll Mechanical and will continue using them for maintenance going forward. If you get Josh as your technician, you are in great hands.

I have used Carroll Mechanical twice recently for trouble with my furnace. My first experience was with Jordan a very pleasant an knowledgeable tech. The service was very prompt. The second visit was a week later due to a hose going bad. Joshua was excellent at diagnosing what caused my furnace to stop heating the house. I left a message at Carroll at 1:15 am on Thursday. Dana called me at 7:30 to let me know that a tech would be out asap. She called me on her way to work. Dana and Emily are very professional and very pleasant. Joshua is an excellent tech as was Jordan. I recommend Carroll Mechanical twice recently very highly.

I am usually wary of HVAC folks and distrust the smooth talkers among them. Carroll Mechanical is a different story. I first got to know them when I was looking for a HVAC replacement for my son. Their cost was reasonable and they performed a great job. I then took their annual maintenance plan that costs 10 dollars a month and they have done 2 routine maintenance visits in 2025. For the air conditioner Johnson did a great job and Josh Glatz did an equally good job on the furnace a few days ago. Meticulous and taking time and answering the questions I had, they indeed performed a wonderful job. Unfortunately my furnace was 23 years old and had a few issues which were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Not one word about replacing the furnace but only a very efficient and focused effort to correct what was wrong. I would like to acknowledge several folks in the company such as Josh and Johnson, Roy and Brian and Emily. Carroll Mechanical is a honest and efficient company.

Jordan was incredibly professional and kind helping us with our HVAC system. We have had airflow distribution issues since we moved in. He quickly identified this as a damper issue and returned promptly to fix the issue and educate us on future use. Recommend 100% to anyone looking to have HVAC work done!

We had an HVAC crisis just before a snowstorm. We were rather desperate and lost. I randomly called Carrol Mechanical, and it was the best thing that could have happened to us. Dana, the phone person is probably the kindest person I have met in ten years. She had problem-evaluator guys to us the next day. The two evaluators were so helpful that I wish they were part of my family. We all ate apple turnovers together. Then, when the parts arrived within a day and a half, Antonio and his excellent crew arrived on time, in the morning, and flawlessly fixed ALL of our heating problems. There was zero up-charging or misrepresentation. These guys are beyond competent, honest and smart! With Carrol Mechanics you know what you are getting and they don’t leave until you are happy with the work. I could not be happier. Please try this HVAC company. And, yes, I would recommend them to my children.

My HVAC system was over 15 years old and it has broken down a couple of times and not greatly efficient. I used Angie’s list and got quotes from 3 companies. Although Carroll mechanical was not the lowest but it came with higher SEER unit and Eric was wonderful answering all my questions and explaining the system. They were able to schedule the installation within 2 days right before the ice storm, Diego and Tylor came out and did the installation. They were courteous and professional and did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything. Diego was patient in demonstrating thermostat/app. Overall great customer service and great experience and highly recommended!

I am a new customer, submitted an online request for service due to no heat in the middle of the night. Emily called me first thing and scheduled the appointment that day. Josh serviced the furnace and did a great job. He quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly explained the repair and costs. Emily followed up the next day to make sure the repair went well.
