On March 2, 2026 I telephoned Environmental Servics Associates and spoke to the receptionist. On March 3 the technician came
Out at 8ish am and he was professional, talented and took care of the problem we were having. My husband and I were very pleased with the service and equally pleased with the estimate and the work and even the price. Bravo Joshua Bravo! Thank you EVS I hope you continue to hire persons of Joshua’s caliber.

ESA is the gold standard HVAC Company. Have used them several times in the past and sent them to my Son and daughter in laws house as well. They have my most enthusiastic endorsement. Techs are on time, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Ibrahim Abdulrahman did a fantastic job.

My furnace was down and I called Environmental systems to come out. Cory was awesome in arranging service the same day. Ibrahim came out and was professional and knowledgeable! He diagnosed the issue to a failed control board. Not great news but the part was covered under carrier warranty so all I paid for was labor. He was back 2 days later with the part and we were up and running. I’ve been a contract customer for 10 years and ESA has been awesome to work with. Highly recommend them!!

Our technician, Ibrahim, was great. He was careful to not track dirt and snow into the house during his visit, was quick and professional, and explained to us how we could potentially fix similar issues in the future on our own. The issue was quickly resolved, and he shared a couple of funny experiences with us. The only think preventing me from giving a 5-star review is due to a little chaos in scheduling and confirming the appointment with the after-hours answering service. I would continue using them.

Douglas Herb was very good, did a very thorough preventative maintenance service of our A/C hvac system. Noticed our humidifier was not in the correct setting for the time of year (winter). Put it in the correct mode for winter. Demonstrated the settings for winter and summer. Thank you very much for an excellent PM service call.

For plumbing ESA bought out Ken Griffin plumbing a few years ago. I used Ken Griffin a few times before being bought and they were great. This time was anything but great. When I made the appointment I was told I would receive a confirmation email and text. I received neither. Then for the actual work I was quoted a pretty high number for a simple toilet reinstallation after getting new floors and to replace 2 shut-off valves for the sink in the same bathroom. Because I needed the working toilet I went ahead with the job and was interested to see at the end what cost so much. When I received the invoice after the plumber left it only had 2 items, the call fee and a single item for the rest of the job as 1 item. I called to try and get a detailed invoice and was told that after being bought they no longer set the prices and no longer give out itemized invoices. I don't know how the other services from ESA are, but if you need plumbing work done I would go somewhere else.

I reached out to ESA regarding an emergency with my water heater. They sent someone to my home in less than two hours after my call. Their rates were reasonable. Shawn was my service technician and he did an amazing job. He was extremely courteous and was respectful of my property – put on shoe covers as soon as he entered. He was thorough and professional. I was most impressed that he took the time to explain everything to me in terms that I could understand. He took care of the emergency and thoroughly explained the options going forward. His respect for me, my property and my time was greatly appreciated. I will definitely ask for him to come back out for the follow up. I highly recommend Shawn and ESA if you have a plumbing/heating/HVAC emergency or if you just need to schedule a routine service call.

Had a two-hour appointment booked to replace my Carrier HVAC compressor. The two-man team arrived on time and, unfortunately, ran into unexpected issues. Due to the professionalism of the team, combined with their knowledge, they completed the replacement and fully tested the system in about 5 hours. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and the team maintained their pleasant, professional demeanor. I have been using Environmental Systems Associates for nearly twenty years and completely trust the company and their employees.

Carroll is great. The pricing is the best in town. They are easy to setup an account with and easy to schedule with. I can trust that if I have an emergency that they will find a way to fit me in next day or the day after, which is the most important thing.

From my initial call with Dana in the front office to an onsite visit by Tech Jordan Scott ... outstanding. Jordan was informative and helpful. Never tried to upsell anything. Such a welcome change. Will definitely use them again.

The service was prompt and efficient. Josh Glatz the tech was very knowledgeable. Rather than replacing the circulation pump for my boiler, baseboard, heating system as other companies reccomended, Josh rebalanced the water and air in the system for it to start working very very well. Thumbs up to Carroll Mechanical. I hope they have more like Josh.

Rudy came for my maintenance today, as well as in the spring, and each time he is very professional and very kind and respectful. He is easy to talk to and explained everything he was going to do, about how long it should take, and then reviewed everything on the report with me. He seems to really know what he’s doing, and we’ve always had great service from Carroll Mechanical!!

Justin came for annual fall maintenance. His service and cleaning were very thorough. The price included a filter for the humidifier. Carroll Mechanical was good about getting enough information ahead of time to complete the service in one visit. Highly recommended.

Roy and the Carroll Mechanical team were lifesavers. Our heat went out and they were the only company able to send someone right away at a fair price... would definitely reccomend.

I ended up replacing the AC (of my own choosing, no pressured sales tactics from Carroll Mechanical). Communication was very easy with everyone. They are very organized and go the extra mile to meet your needs. And they beat a competitor’s price by more than $1000. Would recommend to all.

Jordan Scott from Carroll Mechanical did our semi-annual maintenance and he took of the necessary things that needed to be fixed. He tells you like it is and not trying to upsell you anything. He is very friendly and very professional and knows what he is doing. Really glad we have the support from these guys and highly recommend it.

When our 17 year old heat pump and furnace quit working we called Carroll Mechanical. Josh was right on time, professional and hardworking. He diagnosed the eletrical problem, explained what he needed to do and followed up with pictures of the repairs. I found the staff was courteous and tried hard to accommodate our schedule.
