Buric was an absolutely stunning and amazing company! Low pressure, high work ethic and very amazing people!!! I had a very tough project to complete. I was doing a surprise Basement update for my wife and had 3 weeks to reveal when she returned from being out of town. I could not risk the delays of ductwork and an HVAC unit so I had to be creative and keep the basement heated in winter and cool in summer. Best option and speed and great cost...install a 3 zone mini-split. I could not have any delays or installation problems with mini-split HVAC units with a very tight 3 week window from start to finish! Also, it had to be a company that was professional, fast and could come to the rural parts of Howard County. I am used to the slowness and lack of reliability usually found in Baltimore HVAC companies, so my expectations weren't great to begin with but from the initial site of Buric through the visit by Danielle who was highly communicative and awesome to the rest of the pre- installation and installation team. No hiccups, no problems. Very easy to communicate with and no-nonsense and to the point. I knew what I wanted and the whole Buric team knew how to make my dreams into reality!!!!😍🥳

Now, I think I will use them on my flip rehabs in Baltimore. They are that amazing! They took great care of my home like it was their own!

I have used Buric for 10 years and have aways been extremely satisfied with the service. Today was a heating system maintenance review. The work was thorough and professional. The technician was early. the company came in touch in advance of the service.

I bought a new heat pump/air system from Buric in the Spring and it was the best purchase I could have made. The sale was no pressure, the installation went very well and the Techs have been out twice since. Today was the seasonal check in (last time was a quick adjustment). I had been having some issues with getting my ac to run at a comfortable setting (it has been freezing) since the install and when Austin came today I felt very comfortable with him (he has been here before) taking a look and with asking all of my questions. My issues were a combination of adjustments that had to made & user error, but Austin took a close look, talked to me and found the issues quickly. He fixed them immediately, corrected my misinformation, and gave me clear instructions moving forward and now I know I will be able to set a comfortable temperature. Today's visit is free under my contract.

Buric is such a great company. Everyone strikes me as down to earth folks that are focused on helping the customers; from sales, to the Techs, and including personnel that answer calls and set appointments. Every interaction thus far from day one has been consistently great. My satisfaction is the priority and they treat you like a human being. They have all been responsive, warm & friendly, knowledgeable, skilled & efficient. They talk to you & explain everything. I had a horrible experience with a prior company on a system I purchased in my first house, and was a long time service/maintenance customer with another competitor and always felt taken advantage of by pricing and the unbearable push to get a new system with them for thousands of dollars. Switching to Buric for both the sale & the maintenance of my new system here in my second home has been an excellent decision so far, and I do not regret it at all. I feel lucky to have found them. Go with Buric!!!

Andrew from Buric Heating and Cooling was awesome. He was very helpful, and explained what he was doing. He changed the AC filter that I had on hand in the attic, and took the time to run the system to make sure it was running right. He also checked the compressor unit to ensure there were no problems with it.

He didn't make me feel dumb because I couldn't get the AC system to turn back on after I had turned it off, I thought for the season. We decided to just turn the thermostat way up to leave the system on, but inactive except for the fan coming on periodically.

They replaced my system with a great Bosch system then I went on a service plan for both systems. From the first time they showed up three years ago to today’s repair, they have been AMAZING . Believe all the great reviews, they treat you like all companies should. Just great people at a great company, providing great, fair, and professional service.

Spring service on my contract, repairs, or any time I need them, Buric is there … and as usual, Danielle was great, professional, and courteous, but really everyone who has been to my house has been fantastic.

I recommend Buric heatiing to anyone who asks where I go for my service. The friendly staff are helpful but the Andrew is the most professional , knowledgeable technician I have ever met. He will take the time to explain as much as you want to know ! Lesson in HVAC needed- he is your man. Preventative tips are given and he shows you every step of what he is doing so you feel confident your system is in good hands.

Excellent by Buric’s crew including Jimmy, Dustin, and Lloyd installing three mini-split heat pumps in our over 100 year old Takoma Park house. They worked non-stop for two days to complete the work. All interactions with Buric including the initial suggestion, the detailed estimate, scheduling, and work were professional. When a unit was damaged during shipping they got a substitute right away so the schedule was maintained. I recommend Buric 100 percent. Fred in Takoma Park

I had routine tune-up done on a new system. Andrew was great! He was very thorough (even checked carbon monoxide levels throughout the house) and was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how various components of my system work. Very courteous and willing to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Service Tech Austin went above and beyond to diagnose and provide a fix for my heating issue. I highly recommend for your heating and a/c needs. They’re reliable, prompt and honest. Good quality customer service is hard to come by these days, the Buric team has set the bar high.

This was my first experience with Buric, on recommendation from both a neighbor and my handyman. Andrew came out today and did a system tune up and answered a hundred questions, all with the utmost patience, understanding and his knowledge was impressive! I have a lot to do with the property, but am so glad to know my system is safe and working well, and what steps I can do to improve air quality. So very pleased! Thank you Andrew and Buric!!

Andrew from Buric HVAC came out for our fall tune-up and he was awesome! Super polite, funny, and easy to talk to. He really knew his stuff and took the time to explain everything, answered all our questions, and even gave us some helpful tips — no pushy sales talk at all. Just an honest, knowledgeable guy who clearly enjoys what he does. We’ll definitely be asking for Andrew again next season!

I don't have a system installed yet, but I didn't have to pay penny either. The service I received from the company was great. We went through every single detail, and it feels that the copmany put in a great effort to create a workflow that is very customer friendly.
I'll put another post out here if I decide to move forward and have the system installed.

I had a problem with my mini split. Buric HVAC came out to my house and diagnose the problem. I had a fried computer board and they helped me get this replaced by warranty. I worked 37 years plumbing in Washington DC and I am familiar with how companies respond. Buric was on point, and they got me back up and right. Dustin was the mechanic and did a great job. Ashley at the office was very helpful and kept me informed the whole process.

I recently moved to Maryland and bought a new place that had no manuals for the heating unit or the thermostat. It seemed to acting in an erratic way. I prefer to do business with family-owned businesses, and my daughter recommended Buric. The tech (an affable guy named Clyde) quickly diagnosed the problem as being an erroneous setting with the thermostat, explained it to me, and taught me how to manage a thermostat that is apparently smarter than I am. He also cleaned the unit and gave me some information on its operation Highly knowledgeable and an all-round nice guy. They will be my go-to company for heating and HVAC maintenance..

The Buric folks went far beyond necessary for us to be comfortable with the installation of our new Bosch heating and cooling system. We had 3 different companies come out and give us suggestions and estimates for different solutions and systems. Everyone was kind, but Buric, not only gave us a better deal, but also great details and explanations. They even called the evening before installation when I’d written an email because I was nervous about some of the systems’ specifications.
We plan to use them forever. They have really proven themselves in so many ways.

Called Buric for an estimate to replace my 30 year old heating and cooling system. Joey came, discussed what I needed, gave me two choices for the right system, then the bottom line. I was so pleased with the price for replacement given. Joey was a delight to work with. We set up a date to have my system replaced. Read reviews of the company in advance. I feel comfortable going ahead with my project with Buric.

Buric is the most professional, responsive, and client friendly HVAC company I have ever worked with in the 35 years living in the Baltimore / Washington area! They came out to assess my situation on the Saturday after Christmas; had team install a new system on New Years Eve day (ALL DAY 9am-7pm) and their follow-up and genuine concern regarding their workmanship is top notch. Clyde came out to run a full system analysis of our HVAC and was incredibly thorough. He spent nearly two hours reviewing everything and took extra time to sit down with me and clearly explain his findings. While we do need to replace one of our units, he walked me through multiple options and helped me understand the best path forward without any pressure. Clyde was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire visit. We really appreciated the care and time he took—highly recommend!
