Josh at Supertech is amazing! My two year old Goodman, HVAC unit stopped working during air conditioning season and they were out here within three hours of calling. The pan under the furnace was filled with water and the safety had shut it down. Josh was extremely thorough and ended up fixing the unit and addressing other issues that the unit had …even though it’s under two years old. Apparently the builder #Warranty is no longer good. Love this company and highly recommend them and especially Josh.

Scheduled an appointment with a 2-hour window. Called at 30 minutes in the the window and was told the technician was still with the previous customer and would run a little late. Called at 1 hour PAST the window and was told the technician would not come as he was delayed and my area is too far (didn't you know my address at the time of scheduling?!). No communication whatsoever between my two calls. Horrible service and communication.

I have another exceptional customer service experience with Steven Zhang from SuperTech HVAC Services today under heat wave in our area. Steve is the boss of SuperTech, but also a top notch AHVC expert, especially for ductless systems like Mitsubishi multi-split systems. When our multi-split Mitsubishi system stopped working due to improper installation, the original installer and service provder advised us replacing the whole system with an upgrade which can cost me over $10k. I called Steve for a 2nd opinion and he fixed the problem with only replacing the PC board and add a HVAC Electrical Surge Protector with very reasonable price. We are very satisfied with his work and services. With over 20 years experience in HVAC, Steve is very knowledgeable about his trade. He is proficient with different AHAC systems and products. He persistently provides top notch installation and repair services. He always take care of his customers first, attention to detail, and being professional. He set an example to his team of technicians in providing superb customer services. Again, I endorse Steve and recommend him for HVAC work without any reservations.

Our Nest had indicated there might be an HVAC issue so we had SuperTech check it out. Our tech, Steven, was fantastic! He explained what he was looking for and potential issues that may have caused the Nest to report an error. He was extremely honest and ultimately noted that there were no issues that he found. Would absolutely use SuperTech again!

SuperTech and technician Terran have been responsible and great with customer service. He is knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and friendly. I highly recommend SuperTech and their monthly service plan.

They installed a new heat pump system for us and have done one regular maintenance visit as part of our contract with them. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend working with them!

As always, Josh was prompt, professional, and skilled. He performed routine maintenance and professionally installed a new Nest smart thermostat. 5 stars!

Terran Elliott did a great job servicing my HVAC. He took his time to go around and check all my heating and AC units, and made good recommendations. He also delivered the best customer service I could ask for.

Nic Mauller was the tech who came out he was wonderful.Nic took the time to explain to us how to get our system to work more efficiently. He explained everything so we could understand and I was even able to take notes. We really appreciated his easy to talk to yet professional manner.

Nic did a great job replacing my thermistor even in the snow and frigid cold. Very glad to have heat again! He was very efficient and the whole experience was very easy for me.

Terran Elliott was professional, courteous, and appeared very knowledgeable. He explained in detail what he was doing at each step of the inspection process., Which was very much appreciated. After the inspection, he explained in detail that the system was working the way it should and explain all the points on the inspection report and recommendations

Josh was a wonderful technician. He was the one who came out for our initial consultation and estimate and was very informative and knowledgeable about his craft. It’s not often you find technicians who know their stuff and are also able to explain it in ways customers can understand. He provided examples, background on our system, recommended we do our research on the product and the process as well so that we had different perspectives (we got an Airscrubber installed in our HVAC system) and gave us the amazing benefits of having membership for future maintenance and services with SuperTech. We called to ask more questions and the customer service reps were so helpful. We scheduled the work and Josh was the one who then came out to do the install so we felt good about the fact that he was already familiar. Overall great team, great service, neat work. We will look no further and neither should you.

very professional, thorough, and honest - they took photos of concerns and photos after the problems were fixed which was very helpful in understanding the issue and seeing it resolved. Expensive, but worth it knowing it was done well - great work! Highly recommend!

I needed my AC unit assessed for repairs because it was broken and had a pleasant experience with Josh R. He was very professional and thorough and his description of the different options for repair and was very open to me asking questions and answering them, which I really liked, he was very, friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience quick and easy which I appreciate we got the repair scheduled for the next day. I definitely recommend Josh. I also like how the company gave a description of which technician would be there and some fun facts about who they are.

My daughter had a problem with her AC right in the middle of a heat wave. To make matters worse, she has twin 2 year olds and works from home. I called Super Tech (Google) from their reviews. I was very glad I did. The dispatchers were very nice and sent Josh out the same day. In no time he had them up and running. Very happy with the service we received. Strongly considering a Service Agreement with these guys. Five Star Service!!
