99$ for diagnostics is a fair price. $320 to replace a $20 capacitor, especially when I told them them that the capacitor was the faulty item. Absolutely absurd.

Highly recommend Beltway Air conditioning & Heating. They were prompt and solved my issue within 30 minutes. The technician Haden was very professional and went above and beyond. The day he was scheduled to come to my home I woke up to snake in my kitchen. When Haden arrived I was panicked trying to figure out how to get the snake out. He removed the snake within 5 minutes. I greatly appreciated his help and was thankful since he certainly did not have to help me.

Beltway Air Conditioning and Heating will always be our first call (and last!) for HVAC repair, furnace repair, and air conditioning tune-ups. The technicians are professional, and we know we can trust them to give us accurate, sound recommendations for our service. We also love their annual maintenance plan. It's a great value and allows us to deal with issues before they become urgent!

Jimmy was very polite, and so was his assistant (although I didn’t catch his name). He was efficient and knowledgeable and got everything done that I needed in a great amount of time. You can’t beat the fact that the first service is free. They’ve gained a member.

I have been a customer of Beltway for about 3 years. Over the course of those years I’ve encountered a few of there technicians and everyone one of them have been great. Today I had the pleasure of having John come out and fix my a/c. He showed up when promised went right to work and fixed the issue. John was very personable and knowledgeable.

This company has helped us out so much. I highly recommend them. The AC went out and we are having a graduation party and they were able to send Shawn out for the repairs just in the nick of time. Shawn is very friendly, Knowledgeable, and got our cool air up and running!
