I noticed in late June 2023 that my 20+ year old HVAC system was operating less efficiently and called Greenfox for an estimate. I called them for two reasons: good online ratings and they are a Trane reseller. My existing system was a Trane so I wanted that as a replacement option. The estimator arrived when he said he would, shared some options with me, and sent me four different options within a few days over the July 4th holiday. Upon making a final decision and requesting a couple of changes to the equipment, I confirmed the purchase on July 10th. The next afternoon Greenfox had their two man team at my home to remove the old unit and install the new system (gas furnace, humidifier, and air conditioner). The install reps were friendly, efficient, and detail oriented meaning they cleaned up when they were finished and left no trace of debris or packaging at my home. I am very pleased with the overall experience and will count on them to maintain my system for the foreseeable future. I have no reservations about recommending Greenfox Cooling, Heating & Plumbing to others looking to replace their HVAC.

We had past experience with Mr. Husain spread over a long period of heating/air conditioning-related services and installation of heat pumps at our and our relatives’ properties. He always did such a superb job that it was impossible for us to find another comparable company/individual. He is sincere, courteous, professional, and HONEST. One example is sufficient to exemplify his professional honesty with technically ignorant people like me. In the middle of a heat wave about three years back, our heat pump stopped working. A highly recommended individual came to fix it immediately and recommended replacing the transformer and/or some other part costing us over $2000. We decided to suffer through the heat and waited for Mr. Husain, who was available in a couple of days. He came and fixed a minor problem costing us a couple of hundred dollars!
Last week, Mr. Husain’s team of expert professionals installed a ductless unit in the master bedroom suite of my son’s house that had extremely inefficient cooling/heating due to multiple skylights and other vent problems. My son and his wife are extremely satisfied/happy with the new cooling/heating unit.
I recommend Mr. Husain and his company Greenfox without reservation. I wish it were possible to give him a rating of 10 out of 5 stars!

I just installed a new TRANE heat pump with Greenfox after searching for a few months. I am very impressed with Greenfox's service, speed, quality, and professionalism; far better than any company I have worked with before. The whole process was extremely smooth. First, they sent me four quotations, which I really appreciated, as it gave me options to choose from. They also provided valuable advice on the tax rebate benefits of each system, which helped me make an informed decision. I ended up choosing a high SEER system, and Greenfox's prices were much better than the competition.

Once I selected an installation option, the company promptly scheduled the installation within a couple of days. The technicians assigned to the job, Bruce and Ahmed, were very professional throughout the process. They respected my privacy and took great care to protect my property. They arrived on time and completed the installation on schedule. Whenever I had questions, the office staff were responsive and provided prompt answers.

Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with Greenfox's service, and I highly recommend the company. From the initial quotations to the installation and customer support, they exceeded my expectations in every aspect. If you're looking for a reliable and professional company for your heat pump installation, I suggest you give Greenfox a try.

The job was done the very next day The price they quoted was unbeatable. The techs are very knowledgable well trained as well as very polite. Have to mention Mr. Hussain what a wonderful man. I have been using Greenfox for the last 4 years and am very happy to have found them (earlier called All American Mechanical). Their prices continue to be incredibly reasonable. Their workers are sincere and very committed and always do a great job. They installed our HVAC and Ac systems and have provided great service. I continue to highly recommend them.

I live in a house with an extremely inefficient air conditioning unit on the upper level. With the recent run of incredibly high temperatures, the master bedroom and corridor have been feeling like an oven. The business owner, Mr. Husain, came by for an inspection and in one short visit, he was able to confidently offer a solution that has been escaping HVAC specialists and general contractors for years. He presented us with the most sensible solution, and within days obtained a split unit AC model for us which other online retailers were claiming would take 4 weeks to ship. Thankfully, we scheduled our unit installation one week later. However, a couple days earlier when a separate client of theirs postponed their appointment, Mr. Husain and his team went the extra mile and alerted us they could come to us immediately. We were so appreciative of them to squeeze us in earlier. His technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, meticulous, and very respectful of our home as they efficiently installed the unit. The lead tech also made well-thought out recommendations of the specific placement of our unit inside, as well as for the power generator on the exterior of the house. My family and I are so grateful, as this unit has completely changed the feel of our day-to-day. No longer struggling with the heat inside our house. So appreciative of this company and it's so obvious they strive for excellent customer service.

Excellent service and professionalism in timely manner. The owner Mr.Hussein and his team were very responsive, professional and considerate of my heating system shutdown situation, and gave me service in timely manner with sincere suggestion and solution to my HVAC system issue. He gave me competitive price for a very good brand HVAC system. Technicians came on time, completed job in timely manner and cleaned themselfs after work was done. Took care of the old system disposal. Took time to Explain me the process. I would strongly recommend green Fox to all my friends and family and my future service and purchases.

I called this company and had a tech give me a quote on three HVAC systems in my house. The tech was very nice but was too heavy to go into my attic so I offered to do it and I did. He told me that I would get my estimate within an hour or two. I never received it. I waited a couple days and then called the office. I never received the estimate even after that. So then I called the office again and I have yet to receive the estimate. It’s like this company does not like money. Replacing 3 systems is going to be between $20,000 and $30,000 and they just will not get back to me. If the customer service is this awful from the start, beware.

I have used Greenfox Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing (previously All American Mechanical) on multiple occasions. I replaced the furnace in 2019 and the indoor-outdoor AC unit in 2023. Both times, they have been prompt, professional, and provided an excellent service. I also got the best price compared to other vendors. The CEO, Mr. Hussain Ali, cares deeply about his customers, and strives to provide professional service.

I am very satisfied with their services so far.

I had started looking for a ductless system for my house office May 2nd. Contacted 3 contractors for quotes and was just about to pick one around end of May beginning of June. My wife had a coworker that said try Greenfox. I didn't want to because I already spent a lot of time on project. Long story short; had estimate June 6 and install June 20. Saved about $1000! WITH a better system! AND didn't have to wait a month from contract signing. Paid today (July 16) AFTER I got inspection certificate!? Professional, reasonable, timely, no tricks. I ALMOST wish I had another project :-).

PS I do not write these. This is my 3rd in 7 years.

They take your urgency as their own, and honor their warranty. Replaced the parts and get the system running again in no time.

My home’s heater stopped working. I got a first estimate from a different company of almost $1k to replace the motherboard. I then called Greenfox to get a second opinion. Their technician, Henry, arrived just hours after I called and quickly diagnosed the problem, which had nothing to do with a electronic failure and was simply an over accumulation of debris causing the pressure sensor not to work properly. After a thorough vacuuming, he spent 30 minutes to ensure that the heater was pushing out air at the right temperature and velocity. He ultimately saved me several hundred dollars. I’d recommend Greenfox to any homeowner the area.

I have been working with Greenfox Cooling Heating & Plumbing and its predecessor All American Mechanical Inc for more than two decades. They are very professional and courteous. Worked with me to find the best and most economical solution and service for our heating and cooling system. I highly recommend their services.

In December 2023 our 25+ year old, 2nd floor trane heat pump
Died. Greenfox was able to come out quickly and provide a quote which we compared with other companies. Their price was extremely fair and they were available to do the installation quickly so we choose them. The installers were very friendly as well.
At the turn of the year, we decided to get a jump on the other half of our system (ac/furnance), which after some more quotes, we again choose greenfox as the system provider. We had the same installers again and all went smoothly.

We did have an issue with the furnace this past week, but they did resolve it and there was no charge, as it was less than a year old. It turned out to be some sort of stuck valve, which they didn't replace, simply unstuck it. I am concerned this issue may occur again in the future, this time not covered in the 1yr period. Unfortunately we live in a world now where things are built like they used to,and even a longstanding revered company like trane is no immune to this.

One improvement that could be made is in regards to some promises/commitments made at the time of inspection of the existing system when preparing quotes. Other had made a verbal statement that they would inspection the new system 1 year after purchase (free of charge). When that never happened on/near the anniversary of the heat pump install, I just assumed they were delaying until the anniversary of the furnace install to do both at the same time. I have never received any contact regarding these 1 year free inspections. Probably something I should have got in writing.

If not for these 2 items, I would rate 5 out of 5 stars.

From initial install of our first heat pump to the switch from electric to gas furnace and all service visits over the last 25 years we have nothing but the highest praise for All American Mechanical and now Green Fox Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing. We would not think of calling anyone else!

I initially had this company look at my furnace last year for a second opinion. Henry was so nice and knowledgeable. I decided that this company was the one. I signed up for their annual heating and cooling service. Henry just finished my cooling checkup and again he did a great job. Clear, honest, explanations. It means a lot.

I had a great experience with Greenfox. They were personable and professional. We got a great value, especially compared to many companies offering the same services (but ripping people off by charging thousands more with salespeople justifying the high price and pressuring you). This was not the case with Greenfox. They did a great job, down to the finite details, and in the end we are extremely happy with our choice to use them.

GreenFox Services came to my house 4 times to fix an HVAC issue, but they still haven’t resolved the problem after 15 days. They are unresponsive and have left my family to live in the cold. Despite charging high fees, they don’t even show up for the appointments they schedule. I absolutely do not recommend them.

Quick response and very reliable service. Most important is very reasonable with no compromise on standard. Owner comes to check the work at the location once the technicians are done. That was very impressive and work was professionally done. I had my HVAC system replaced by them.

My family was a loyal customer for All American Mechanical Inc for many of years. The services the provided us were excellent ranging from installing new systems, replacing coils, condenser to topping off freeon. However, after being bought by this Green Fox company, the service quality is going down hill. On Dec 7, I called them to make an appointment to check my heating system. They texted me the appointment was set on Dec 9 but nobody showed up. I texted them to followed up but nobody answered.
