Our HVAC system stopped working a month ago, and on a neighbor's recommendation, we contacted Greenfox. The entire process with them was seamless. They did an excellent job installing a new system, and their prices were significantly lower than the other quotes we received. Impressed with their service, we also had them install a new water heater to replace our outdated one. We highly recommend Greenfox.

Many companies today fail to honor the promise to provide good service, great work performance and very competitive PRICING. This company does what they advertise. Greenfox exceeded our expectations.

Mr. Ali was the earliest to respond to my emails, the quickest to provide a detailed proposal and the least expensive of five quotes I received. The entire swap out of the AC and furnace took only 3 hours from start to finish. He specified a SEER 18 system and took care of all the rebates from the manufacturer - Trane and the BGE. Great experience and highly recommend his company.

Greenfox did a great job installing a heat pump in one of my rental properties. There were on time, professional, and did a clean job at a reasonable price. I have been using them for months and they have not let me down.

The response to my online request for service was so fast, it actually startled me. They did excellent work to diagnose a difficult problem (I'm also a contractor), and repaired it within 24 hours. I'm can't be sure your repair will go this way, but I requested service on Sunday night. A technician was here Monday morning and spent quite some time diagnosing the problem. Replacement parts arrived that afternoon, and my unit was fully repaired and functional by noon Tuesday.

Greenfox is now my go-to HVAC contractor.

I am very happy with the service I have received from Green Fox. They have come twice to do seasonal maintenance and have gone above and beyond my expectations. There was an issue with our thermostat which the service technician was able to replace and also fix a loose wire situation with the outside condenser. They are prompt and professional.

I have used Green Fox not once but twice, first one 15 years back when they were “All American Mechanical” to repair my gas furnace. I found their service to be quick, responsible & reasonably priced. The second one when I replaced my enter HVAC system after 25 years. I had 4 estimates but the quote from Green Fox for exactly the “same brand & model number” was half the price of others (also with same parts/labor warranty). They had a quick installation date and the installation process was very clean & organized with an extra layer of supervision in the end. Very responsive and understanding staff

In the future I will use Greenfox again and would recommend Greenfox to others. I had a winter service performed on my HVAC. The technicians explained each step in the inspection and gave me tips for cleaning the HVAC filter (I wasn’t cleaning it properly 🤦) to increase the performance of the system.

Greenfox did a great job installing my Air Conditioner/Heat Pump. The unit is doing an exceptional job cooling my home and it is amazingly quiet. The unit surpassed my expectations along with the reasonable price! They were on time, professional, and prepped the area to make sure they did not damage my home and cleaned up after the work was completed. As a matter of fact, the unit did not fit through the opening of my gate, so they had to remove the gate to accommodate getting the unit in the yard. They never complained and reattached the gate more securely than it was. The gentlemen wouldn't even take a break until the work was done. The receptionist was very thorough and polite, as well as the Manager of the company, and quick to arrange my appointment and respond to any requests I have made. I have been using Greenfox for years, even before they changed their name from All American. They have always been on time, efficient, and professional. They have never let me down. I have had a very good experience of 25 years working with Greenfox Cooling, heating and Plumbing previously known as “ All American Mechanical “. They installed HVAC unit at one property in 2010 and this time at another place few days back .Their CEO Mr . Hussain is a very honest and humble person and has always given me a very good deal as compactor the Quotes given by other companies. We have also been using their services for yearly Maintenance of the units too.
They are very Professional, diligent ,responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends . I wish them all the very best too !

I am very happy with the recent Greenfox service. I have a HVAC maintenance plan with them. The receptionist proactively reminded me to schedule the winter tune up for my furnace. Once the appointment was scheduled, the service was quickly completed the next day. The technicians, Amim and Qasen, were very professional and helpful. They came in right on time and were also very friendly and polite. Outstanding team work!

One of the very best companies (and people) I have dealt with for many years. I sent out bids for a replacement HVAC, they came in lowest and performed the best. Their team of professionals has been with them for tens of years and the skills and support show their best.

When a hard problem cropped up on one of my HVACs, they devoted a lot of time, effort, and EXPERTISE to track down the elusive problem and FIXed it.

When I had a very specialized hot water tank replacement, they again did a terrific job in decommissioning the old hot water system and installed a replacement hot water heater, all at reasonable cost.

I have found them quite easy to talk with, they know their HVAC and plumbing skills and perform top knotch. Even electrical work that another contractor recommended, GreenFox was able to do the same job less expensive and with greater trust.

GreenFox is just the best...Can I give it 6 stars!

In the fall of 2024 Green Fox installed a HVAC system in my dad's home . My dad lives in a town home . It has 3 floors . My father has never had heat on the top floor since installation . There have been at least four different technicians " fixing" the system . My father has absolutely no heat . The system continues to blow a fuse . Usually when the technician visits ,he's able to get the system working . On January 14 ,of this year ,the technician could not " fix " it . He informed us that two fuses blew almost as soon as he put them in . Green Fox installed the system ,it's their product . Seven visits last year ,two visits this year ,and today my father has no heat .. One technician was comfortable enough to tell us to use the oven and the space heaters .I have truly never experienced anything like this . I truly hope that no one else has this experience . We must keep a space heater in the laundry room to prevent the pipes from freezing . The system has never worked properly. I did not write this review to make Green Fox look bad . I'm writing the most honest review .I did not want to select one star ,because that's not an honest rating . I had to select a least one star to post the review . There are no stars for this ongoing situation with this company .

Greenfox Cooling, Heating & Plumbing recently installed a new heating system in our home, and we had a great experience from start to finish. Their pricing was very reasonable, and their customer service was excellent throughout the entire process.

The team was professional and knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and answered all of our questions. The installation was completed efficiently and cleanly, exactly as promised.

Green fox sent a team of about 6 people in the same week So I wasn’t left with no HVAC during cold weather.
The Green Fox installation & equipment parts are top-notch quality down to every detail.
The whole team was very friendly, and there were no lackadaisical-slackers the bunch.
I appreciate How they cleaned up very well after themselves and were very friendly and careful with my curious cats.
