Extremely pleased with our service. Technicians were pleasant and the work was done in a timely manner. Our carpet looks brand new again. We had two sets of stairs and a hallway done for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Baltimore Kwik Dry was just amazing. My old carpet looks like new, and the company was a pleasure to do business with. Josh, who came and did the cleaning was on time, considerate, well organized and careful each step of the way. The cleaning took about 2 hours and was dry enough to walk on after 30 minutes. The cost was very reasonable. We are more than pleased.

Josh is a very hard worker. He cleaned two rooms and was meticulous with cleaning the carpets. Everything looks great and I will be referring him to others for carpet cleaning services!

Josh was very professional and thorough when he cleaned our carpets. We have white carpets with 2 dogs and 2 kids. He made the carpets look better than when we moved in 4 years ago. We will definitely use him in the near future for our wood floors and large area rug!

Josh was very friendly and took really great care of cleaning my couch. My couch had human urine on it and he was able to extract it. It smells so good in the house with all of the different cleaning products that he used. It looks close to brand new with the work he did to get it cleaned. Thank you so much!! This is my second time using Kwik dry and they always impress. Appt scheduling is easy and they have appt reminders. They showed up on time and Josh was diligent, efficient, & friendly. Removed stains I have wrestled with for years. Carpet is not soaking wet and thus dries quickly! Very affordable too! Thanks for great service!

Carpets are brand new again! Even after 5 days of walking on them, I can still feel the fresh and crisp cleanliness. Our carpet is nearly 10 years old and it's the first time they've been professionally cleaned. Also had ducts cleaned, the entire house is rejuvenated. Price was very reasonable as well. Josh, the owner, came to our home with a big smile and a winning attitude. He did the carpet completely differently than I was expecting, but WOW! Our carpets look new again! He got the dog spots out, the smell from the dogs out and all of the other dirt out! You should see the vacuum too.

From the time Annie answered the phone until Josh finished the upholstery cleaning, their service and attention to detail was excellent. Annie was extremely helpful and courteous answering my questions and setting up the appointment. Josh did an expert job cleaning the upholstery and removing the stains.
