“I recommended your company to my boss expecting professional and quality service. Unfortunately, your poor service not only made me look bad, but now you have the audacity to talk about professionalism. First, focus on fixing your serious shortcomings before pointing fingers at others. Your lack of commitment and responsibility is unacceptable

Called them to ask about a quote, gave them my details, and then told me he’ll call me back. He then sent me a quote afterwards for $325 for monthly cleaning. $230 for biweekly. I scheduled an appointment. On the appointment date, they went to the wrong house and asked me to open the door and let them in. I told them there was no one outside, I even sent a video. They sent me a photo of the outside of the house, which has the same number but definitely not our house. I gave them the photo of what outside our house looks like and a map that shows what is close to our house. I was very patient. They finally found the house, then I asked the lady to start on the basement, which is the cleanest part of the house since i just shampooed/steamed the whole carpet area. A few minutes after, they knocked on our bedroom and told us that they need to increase the price. They want to increase it to $550 for initial and $400 monthly. I asked if they can do $500 and $380 monthly which is closer to the other quotes I received and he just hanged up on me. They need to be more professional in giving quotes and not change it on the day of the cleaning. Please don’t be a victim of their bait and switch. It’s so easy to lookup the details of the house online since I gave them my address. I feel bad for the other lady that keeps on apologizing to me.

Update:
They couldn’t do the cleaning since the supervisor and I couldn’t agree with the sudden increase in price. Supervisor said they can’t clean if I don’t agree with $550 and $400 so they left right after they started. I called the supervisor before the ladies left and asked him if we can meet in the middle, offering $500 and $380 but he said he’s going to talk to the girls and hanged up on me. One of the ladies knocked down the towel bar in the bathroom before leaving. Then the ladies left and forgot their ladder. There was lack of communication between the supervisor and me during the time they were here, he said he was in meetings and the meetings just ended after I posted this review.

So far Tony and his team have done an excellent job, both with a lease move-out cleaning and a post-purchase pre-move deep clean of a new house. I plan on using them regularly. Very responsive, thorough, friendly, trustworthy, and reasonably priced.

Tony and has wife are a rare gem. We booked the day before . They were ready to go.We trusted them with your new house because we couldn't be there physically. They did an amazing job and sent me pictures. The price is really affordable. We will use their services again and will highly recommend it then.

Tony and his team just finished a move out deep clean for a house we are selling. They did a superb and detailed cleaning throughout the home. Tony and his team are courteous, professional, and meticulous in their approach and execution in cleaning. It looks immaculate and his pricing is very fair. I would engage them without hesitation.

Exceedingly rude. I had reached out in May of 2023 for a quote to clean my previous rental property. At the time the fee was out of my budget so I ended up not booking them. Fast forward to Dec 2024. I am moving out of state for my husband’s work and need the services for which I was willing to pay the previously quoted price. A lot has changed in the last year and a half so I wanted to get a new quote to understand if anything had changed. His response was to screenshot our correspondence from May 2023 in which I had told him that was out of my budget. As you can imagine, the rest of the interaction was exceedingly rude.
