These guys are terrible. Didn’t understand simple requests. It was as though we were speaking different languages. They wouldn’t take a credit card and tried to change the times last minute as an ultimatum. Do not use this business EVER.

EDIT: I was not hiring you guys as a subcontractor, I was hiring you as a cleaning service to clean a house. It's not that complicated. You agreed to a time and then changed it last minute, not ASKING if you could change at the last minute, but TELLING me that you could only do it at a time that was useless for my purposes. The fact that you guys take Cash App and not a Credit Card is all the evidence anyone should need of your business being unequipped and unqualified to do business in this day and age. I was able to find a cleaning service within an hour that put you guys to shame. Feel free to just pack it up now.

I was referred to them by my sister. Not sure how she found them but I'm so glad she did!

First of all, their responsiveness! My original cleaning lady bailed without any notice. Texts and calls went unanswered (🤔 I hope she's ok). I was confused and I was desperate. I reached out to them to schedule something and Tony was at my house the very next day for a quote. 2 days after, Dora was in my home doing my preliminary cleaning. I was so happy. With the previous places I'd used, I'd have to schedule weeks in advance so I appreciate their availability. Each subsequent time I've schesuled them to come has been truly painless. They're communicative and super friendly. A+ customer service.

Now unto the cleaning. Amazing as well. Not only do they do an awesome job getting the space sparkling clean, they also do it with an eye to beauty i.e lovely carpet pattern, folded paper products. It's actually lovely. Such attention to detail. I trust that I can leave my space to them and it will be beautifully done.

Re affordability, I think they are truly affordable. Not only do you get awesome value for your buck, they are so reasonably priced and are willing to work with you.

We hired the Gold Cleaning team for a deep clean of our three story row home where we’ve lived for three years and never once had professional cleaners on two of our levels. With tons of exposed brick it’s a dust machine and we have a crazy-shedding dog we barely keep up with in our hallways let alone on our blinds and our window sills and everywhere else. I contacted them on Saturday and they were able to come Monday at exactly the time I wanted! They came with a whole team of four people and they cleaned for three hours straight. They did everything I hoped they would do, and had all the attention to detail I can never bring myself to care enough to actually do, like dusting inside light fixtures and scrubbing under the island. Our house looks spectacular and their prices were VERY reasonable. A few years ago we had Molly Maids do JUST our vacant basement and they charged us more for THAT than Gold Cleaning charged for our whole house, and Gold Cleaning did a better job! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We’ll be using them again!
