Very very happy with their service, I would definitely recommend Electrical Connections! Our electrician JC was very knowledgeable, kind, and lovely to work with. We compared prices with one other company and ended up saving a few hundred bucks with EC. The recess lighting they put in our living room will forever change our lives. Thank you!

James was awesome! He not only fixed my problem, but also pointed out something that could have been an even bigger issue down the road. The customer service was great. They even got James to come out earlier than expected. Definitely would use this company again.

Peter Argauer is a very friendly and honest professional. He did a quick job of the task, without any fussing and false pretenses. It was a real pleasure to chat with him while he also kept his full attention on his task. I am from that old generation when service people prided themselves in the quality and professionalism of their work. In recent experiences, it often feels that "they don't make them anymore like they used to", but Pete is a real proof that those old jewels of skill and professionalism still exist among the young people. Electrical Connections did a great job on the work I needed to get done for my new house. Dan the Man is the best! He did a very thorough job on the panel replacement with very good labeling and also took the time to explain everything and seemed overall very passionate about doing quality work. Definitely would hire again!

We were looking into upgrading our HVAC system and based on feedback from our preferred contractor we also had to look into upgrading our electric panel. In all honesty, I was a little skeptical but based on contractor estimates for the electrical work it then appeared to be necessary. Kisan from Electrical Connections arrived at our home and based on his thorough inspection and walking me through the needed scope I felt comfortable moving forward with them. On the day of the job we ran into an unforeseen issue that did augment some scope to the project but we were able to fit it in within budget-again it was something unforeseen but we got it done and the work could be accomplished. Having a new electrical panel and the base to upgrade to our new system were big accomplishments for us as a family. I'm very pleased with the work and Kisan's guiding of the work throughout. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend Kisan and the Electrical Connections team that helped us (Paulo, Jeremiah) and will use them again in the future.

Peter did an EXCELLENT job on the intricate electrical job at my mom's home. She is elderly and he took time to thoroughly explain to her and to me what he was doing and fixed something she had been worried about for weeks. Electrical Connections was able to get Peter out to her home immediately and Oscar on the phones was kind and patient while I explained the issues. Both me and my mom HIGHLY recommend Peter and Electrical Connections. I have used them before and they are never less than a 5-Star rating!!!

We “inherited” James from the sellers of our new home, and he’s probably the best thing that came with it. From the very beginning — when he had to replace and upgrade the electrical panel and then rewire the whole house — and through a ton of interior and exterior work he’s done since, he has been professional, reliable, responsive, and courteous, going above and beyond to make sure we get what we need when we need it. (And those needs have been extensive and at times on a very demanding schedule.) One of the younger electricians he’s brought in too, Yonas, has also been very courteous and professional and is clearly following in James’s footsteps. It’s become clear to me that Electrical Connections runs its business according to a very customer-first model while following rigorous professional standards. I’ve already recommended them to several neighbors who’ve noticed all the work we’ve done. I highly recommend James and Electrical Connections for any and all electrical work.

Josh and Nicholas were absolutely outstanding. They came out because our circuit box was damaged when a water pipe burst, and from the moment they arrived, they were professional, calm, and extremely knowledgeable. Even though the main issue was water damage to the circuit breaker, Josh went above and beyond by checking all of the outlets throughout the house to make sure everything was safe and working properly.

They took the time to explain what was going on, answered all of our questions, and made sure our home was safe before leaving. During a very stressful situation, they brought reassurance, expertise, and genuine care. Their attention to detail and commitment to safety truly stood out. Highly recommend Electrical Connections and Josh T specifically. We had an issue with our gas water heater, and EC / Josh were a huge help in the midst of a chaotic couple of days trying to make decisions on repair/replace, and gas vs heat pump water heaters. EC was easy to get in touch with, got me connected quickly and scheduled with Josh, who arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, and gave me a no pressure set of options to consider. He was incredibly responsive as we worked through final plumbing quotes and was able to adjust his schedule with the dispatcher to do the electrical work the same day so we could get our water heater replaced ASAP. Josh went above and beyond and was professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I can’t thank Josh and EC enough for helping make this experience less stressful for our family.

The company sent Dan to our house to do a complete walkthrough and provide an estimate on the work needed. Dan was very thorough and extremely helpful in explaining how the work would be done, even spending time to open up our electrical panel and a number of outlet plates. He was courteous, friendly, and was great at letting me know which tasks I should prioritize and which ones could be delayed. This was helpful since I had a budget to consider. At the end of the walkthrough he showed me 3 work/price options, explaining each one thoroughly. There was no pressure to commit to any of them. He even emailed the options along with links to products I could purchase on my own from Amazon that his crew would then install for me.
The work took one and a half days. Dan and his crew worked non-stop. When he saw that I had purchased incompatible recessed lights, he went to Home Depot to pick up the correct ones. After they were finished with the job they swept and vacuumed the rooms. I really appreciated Dan’s professionalism, work ethic and courtesy. I highly recommend him to do all your electrical work.

Kisan Jones is an excellent electrician. This is the second time I've interacted with him. He told me what he was going to do, he did what he said and explained it to me thoroughly before and after. Both times he was in teaching mode with an apprentice by his side. I hope it was a good experience for them because I learned a lot myself. Not only that, he saved me thousands of dollars as the "other" company was only trying to upsell me. He's respectful, personable and knows his business. The other staff was responsive, caring and alert to my concerns. I highly recommend this company.

Kisan was outstanding! He arrived at the agreed upon time and greeted me warmly. I described the issue, he listened intently, and we discussed a few possibilities of cause, then I showed him to the electrical panel. As he did an initial inspection, I answered all of his questions. Communication was very professional and Kisan, being extremely knowledgeable, provided med with a plan of action and a very fair quote, in addition to explaining every step for clarity. He is very straightforward with diagnosing the issue and explaining clearly, moreover, he informed me about code compliance. I agreed to his recommendations and he started the work. Once the work was completed, he cleaned up the area impeccably. Finally, he went through a checklist to ensure resolution of the issue as well as provide explanation and pictures of what the issue was and any additional preventative maintenance items. I am extremely pleased that I contacted Electrical Connections, and ecstatic that Kisan was the Electrical Safety Advisor assigned to me for my issue. In observing him work and listening to him explaining issue/resolution, the most meaningful information that he shares with clients, is safety. Safety is priority with Kisan, and he ensures that clients he services are completely satisfied with the resolution of their issues.

Electrical Connection’s service was great. Josh, the technician who worked on our project, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results and offered solid alternatives along the way. He was detail‑oriented and did a great job covering the holes in the drywall. As with any job like this, we’ll still need to finish and paint, but he patched everything up really well.
This was a major project that included replacing a breaker panel and a few other smaller improvements. I’d definitely call them again when the time comes.
