I contacted Electrical Connections LLC because I needed an electrician to solve outages in 5 outlets. Im glad I did. I was assigned to JC. Being a 70 year old senior woman I am very cautious of people trying to take advantage. JC is amazingly bright and easy to work with. He provided options that I understood. Conducted the work in a clean and orderly manner. 😍This is a great company that stands behind the Work. I will choose you for all my future needs and will happily refer this business

Franklin did an amazing job and was very thorough in answering my questions, explaining the process, and providing a recommendation for the future.

It seemed like the quote was extremely fair for installation of multiple light fixtures and the work was exactly what I was looking for, completed with attention to detail and care. Franklin even went above and beyond and cleaned out all of the waste (recycles, trash, old light fixtures) from the project.

I will definitely be using Electrical Connections for other electrical needs, and will recommend them to my family in the area.

Josh was very thorough and helpful during the initial service appointment. Josh and Jeremiah came to install the smart recessed lights shortly after the parts came in. Install was quick, efficient and professional. Josh made sure the lights connected properly to the app and all boxes/trash/etc were cleaned up and disposed. Would recommend for any electrical work that needs to be done.

Electrical Connections was a great experience. They showed-up for the quote on-time, and they showed-up to do the work on-time. (Honestly, given my experience with contractors over the past few years, I found the whole thing confusing. My show rate hovers around 50% most of the time, let alone on-time).

The quote was fair and straightforward, and the technician was great. I'd definitely use them again.

James listened to my request and asked great questions. He gave me three options and the costs. He had to go to a big box store for a part but once back set to work and had everything working as requested. He let me know about some other issues and we’ve set up an appointment to take care of those issues.

We had a great experience when using electrical connections LLC. We had a wonderful electrician named Kisan. He was professional, on time, efficient, very knowledgeable, and very kind. He had everything that we needed with him to be able to do the multiple jobs that we were requesting that very day. He performed an inspection and found a major insulation issue that we were unaware of. He also took care of that. Thank you!

The entire process was excellent. Great communications from time of setting up appointment through the completion of the work. Eddie was able to come early which was great and was very respectful of our home (wore booties and cleaned up after completion of work). He made sure we were both on same page for what he was to do and then completed the work quickly. He installed a light in place of a ceiling fan and a dimmer switch. He was friendly, polite, and did a good job - what more could you ask for?

Will definitely set EC as my only contact for electrical work going forward.

Electrical Connections was prompt in providing an estimate and scheduling a date for the multiple projects I had, which included installing two exterior outlets, two exterior light fixtures, and a microwave, and addressing flickering and popping sounds coming from light fixtures. 5-star company with 5-star accountability! I had a panel replacement done along with some rewiring. They came in, educated me on a lot, and were honest in what needed addressing and what didn’t. Even when I had concerns, they were amply addressed! To the owner, Guillermo, I say Thank You! I had a outside garage light installed to replace existing one. Kisan from EC arrived and did a thorough inspection of electrical
panel and quoted a price for the light install. He is a qualified electrician and has an outstanding personality. He made no pressure recommendations to our panel for future consideration.
