September 2023: Tree Crew, Jorge came to my house and provided detailed estimate for removing two large oak trees that were dead. One overhanging the neighbors property and their building. The other one overhanging my building. He climbed both trees and rope rigged them down. Great work.

October 2023: I then asked him if he would travel to another property that I owned in PA, 2 hours west. He drove to my PA property and provided another detailed estimate of which we agreed upon a price. Brought a crew of men and quickly took down 60+/- trees in one day. He and his crew were courteous and professional. They stayed the night with me at the PA property and the next day they took down and trimmed up some super large trees for a friend of mine while in PA. Unbelievable work to get those trees down hanging over my friend’s house.

March 2024: I recently contacted Jorge again, this time to take down two trees intertwined in some power lines and communication lines in my parent’s front yard. Had another tree behind their house that needed trimmed back. He provided another acceptable estimate to remove and grind the stumps and trim the other tree. Again he came with his crew and took care of everything in a professional manner.

I’d recommend the Tree Crew for any tree work that needs done on your or a friends property.

Very impressed! If you have a tree or a couple that need taken care of, give these guys a call. Very responsive and professional. I had a cluster of those tree of heaven’s that those lantern flys like that had to go. Jorge was quick to come out, give me a quote and get the job done. His price was also much more reasonable compared to others. To save on cost, I asked him just to leave the logs for me to get rid of since I have a tree line I can dump on, but he can do it all if you want. We also had a chicken coop and barn near that he had to work around and he did great! Again I can’t thank these guys enough for getting rid of those trees for me. Highly recommend!

The team was professional and efficient and did an excellent job removing our tree, dismantling the two large trees closest to the house, cutting the poison vines off at the base of the big trees, and cleaning up afterward.

I've been with Bartlett Tree Experts for several years. Two factors make them exceptional--their service and their expertise. My arborist representative, Ryan Grubb, made a point to form a personal relationship from the beginning. He is accessible; he listens to every question; he seeks outside advice when he doesn't know an answer; he responds respectfully and quickly to my concerns; he is honest. Recently I had a large tree hit by lightning. He assessed the tree immediately after my call; he offered a detailed and informed appraisal of options; when I opted to remove the tree he informed the crew of my concerns about damage to surrounding bushes and the crew took down the tree and ground the stump with hardly a trace of damage to the surrounding foliage; when I expressed concern about remaining mulch from the stump grinding, he had a crew out within days to remove the extra mulch. Because I can trust him, and because I know I can reach him if something happens to my trees, I stay with Bartlett. In fact, every single person working at my house for Bartlett has been responsible, friendly, and has completed the job to satisfaction. Even Luis who sprays my trees makes a point of stopping to say a personal hello when he is spraying a neighbor's trees next door.The second reason I stay with Bartlett is their expertise. Bartlett Tree Experts were extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Bartlett has been our tree service since the mid 90s. Possibly one of the most telling factors (that speaks to the quality of service) is that we have had only two representatives from Bartlett in that quarter of a century. Came to know both by name and, more importantly, they came to know our property and our needs personally with several visit annually. I've used Bartlett's arborist in the past to evaluate some trees and they have always offered good advice and at no charge. I have also used them to trim trees that had become overgrown and even dangerous. Chris was always patient and thorough in answering my questions. Most recently Bartlett pruned trees that were pushing against the house. I also had them trim back and reshape trees that were creating too much shade in my garden. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Gilbert was attentive when I reviewed my goals. He and his crew were also respectful and careful when I asked them not to walk on my newly seeded lawn. They did a really beautiful and professional job including the cleanup. My property is heavily planted and they did not damage a single flower or bush. If you are a picky gardener, you won't go wrong hiring Bartlett.

We've used Bartlett for many years to maintain the trees on our property and, now, to decorate our 20' holly tree with white lights for the holiday season. Our arborist, Riley, is knowledgeable, personable, and offers valuable suggestions and care plans. The crews for treatment and pruning are always polite, very competent and professional. Hector and Sergio decorate the holly tree to perfection. It is a pleasure to do business with a tree company that keeps the health of trees, the safety of their crews and the satisfaction of their customers front and center.

We have been very pleased with Bartlett. Our lead person Forest Bowen (yes, real name) is responsive and very very knowledgeable. The first thing we used Bartlett for was taking down an exceptionally tall cedar and they handled it without a problem despite a few access challenges. A minor issue (that was actually my misunderstanding not a mistake on their part) was handled quickly and easily by email. We have since hired them to take down another tree, provide some advice on trees for our front yard, and help us strategize about saving an aging but beloved dogwood. These guys really are pros and a pleasure to work with.

We had a variety of work to be done on our property ranging from pruning branches on some trees, cutting back trees from the house, to removing a dead tree. Michael scheduled the estimate, he was on time and professional. We had an estimate within an hour of the visit. He quickly set us up with a time to have the work done. There are all kinds of tree removal companies, we are delighted with the service that Bartlett's provided. Bartlett Tree's personalized service has deteriorated lately. The inspections and treatments aren't as thorough as in the past. If you hire them, be sure to be home to observe what they do and whether their performance comports with the terms of the contract. Finally, be prepared to send multiple emails before receiving a reply or call-back.
