I discovered Lilly's Cleaning service through a rec on Next Door and have really appreciated their biweekly cleaning services! The women are friendly, professional, on time, and do a beautiful and thorough job every time for my biweekly cleaning. I'm amazed at how detailed yet efficient they are. I also appreciate how the company takes care of its employees. The communication is fantastic too - very quick to respond via email or phone call. Wonderful small business overall!

The Lilly's Cleaning Services' ladies did a really great job cleaning my house for our move in, and the pricing was very reasonable as well. Also, communication with the staff was smooth and they were very responsive. I highly recommend services from this cleaning company.

I have been a client of Lilly's Cleaning Service for over twenty years. I would say their service has been consistently great, but in fact, I believe it has gotten even better over the years. The cleaning staff is tremendously professional and will attend to any tiny detail called to their attention, and the office staff is always accommodating. What's more, employees are guaranteed full-time work and receive insurance, sick leave, and vacation---a rarity in this industry. I would never consider hiring another company because Lilly's is the best.

Lilly's Cleaning Service has been cleaning our house every other week since 1999.

We love their service, their promptness and the team. I love that we get the same crew every week and they are friendly and hard working.

They are quick to respond and accomodate any changes we request (postpone service, time or date change).

They do a fantastic job of cleaning everything and I recommend this business to anyone looking for a quality service with professional cleaners.

I recently hired this cleaning service for a deep clean of my 6,400 sq. ft. home, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The entire cleaning process was rushed, taking less than two hours—far too little time to properly clean a house of this size. Upon inspection, I found that the floors still had stains, indicating that no real effort was put into the job.

To make matters worse, I later realized that a couple of hundred-dollar bills were missing from my home. While I can't make direct accusations, this is an extremely concerning issue that should never arise with a professional service.

Overall, I would not recommend this company. Poor cleaning quality and questionable ethics make this a service to avoid. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable and trustworthy cleaning services.

Exceptional Service. If I had to describe Lily's Cleaning Service in one word, I would say Exceptional. We've been using Lily's cleaning service for the past three years now and they never cease to amaze me. The attention to detail and level of professionalism and kindness, and cleaning service the team members provide is incredible. My home always smells fresh, like the first day of spring. The level of detail they pay attention to; it is truly a blessing to have them here every two weeks. And I really appreciate them. One morning I noticed the boxes had been broken down and taken to the recycle. The team does not miss a beat, they are very professional, and I am truly grateful for them. I highly recommend Lilly's cleaning service to anyone looking for a really great clean!

I have been a customer of Lilly's for for over 15 years, which shows how pleased I am with them. Very professional, friendly, responsive and importantly very trustworthy. I like that it's the same crew every time (excepting of course for vacation/personal time off), so they are very familiar with your house. I certainly recommend them.

So far so great! We paid for an initial cleaning and they did a thorough and impressive job. My wife is very picky and she was so impressed we decided to contract with Lilly's for regular cleaning.

The communication with the company has been excellent and quick. Their prices are policies have been fair, reasonable, and consistent. it is very nice to know what to expect in this regard.

We paid about twice as much for the initial cleaning but honestly, it was worth that. Our house had never been professionally cleaned and they cleaned spots we never really thought about (blinds, sills, air duct grills) in addition to the regular places (bathroom, kitchen, etc).

We plan to continue to use Lilly's!

Just moved to Maryland and had an initial cleaning with Lillys and it was phenomenal. The communication with Keiry from the beginning was awesome. The cleaning crew were very friendly and punctual and the prices were reasonable. We will use Lilly’s again. Very pleased.

I have been with Lilly’s for about two years and it’s always a pleasure to see crew 10. They keep my house from getting too dirty with a monthly cleaning. They are communicative and flexible when needed, I have to travel due to work and the office always accommodates me around my schedule. The team is always polite and does an excellent job. Lilly’s is wonderful. We have a consistent team that comes every two weeks at the time that they say they’re going to. They’re very efficient and their prices are fair. I also appreciate that they’re very good at communicating the time that they will arrive and confirming the day prior. Karen reached out and had a different, more experienced team of cleaners come to do a re-cleaning and wow were they great! They took their time and were very attentive. It felt like a deep clean this time around and I’m very happy with the results as my home looks spotless. I appreciate the management team making it right and am giving 5 stars for the exceptional customer service and new cleaning.

Karen gave us an estimate to clean our home and she was awesome! However the actual cleaners definitely rushed through the cleaning that was supposed to be a first-time deep clean. We did a walkthrough with them and pointed out stuff we saw. A positive is that the house smelled really nice after the cleaning. However, the next day we started seeing a ton of missed spots, dust and cobwebs that were not addressed. It felt more like a routine cleaning than a deep clean. We also saw that they didn’t clean/vacuum one of the rooms in the basement at all. I won’t be using them for future cleanings, but overall the cleaning wasn’t bad and the cleaners were very friendly.

Very impressed with my first cleaning from Lilly’s Cleaning Service! The crew did a spectacular job with meticulous attention to detail. The floors and sinks sparkled, the cabinets and kitchen appliances were beautifully wiped down, and the dusting was exceptional including the little corners and ridges on furniture that other cleaning services had repeatedly missed.

Every member of the team was friendly, efficient, and professional. I have used other cleaning services for my home in the past, and frankly, Lilly’s cleaning crew was far more thorough and did a significantly better job overall—and at a very reasonable price compared to other services. I highly recommend Lily’s Cleaning Service and will definitely be using them again!
